Hey guys, Just got my first order from Poland, and an Etsy pop-up has stated, "You must share Etsy's IOSS number, IM3720000224, with your courier for this order (use it only for this purpose). This helps ensure that your buyer won't be charged VAT twice. Make sure to write the value of this order in euros, €90.42, on your package, too." Is there anything I need to do on my end, or do I flag something to PrintShrimp, or is this automated in the service? Thanks Nic

Hi all, A customer in the US had an issue with an order. Something has gone wrong with the print. I emailed PS about 4am and followed up at lunchtime, but I haven't heard anything back. It was a £132 framed print, so I'd like to resolve the issue for the customer ASAP. Is there any other way of contacting aside from the [email protected] address? Thanks!

Just looking for people's input on how many designs/listings they get done in a week. Just under two months into my journey. I'm currently on 112 listings. 10 designs from scratch to listing on Etsy is taking me about 2 1/2 hours. I know people recommend doing design, mockups and listings in separate sessions, but my workflow is at its sharpest when I do 10 from beginning to end. I'm hoping to get to 1000 listings in a decent time, but my full-time job only allows me to realistically get 20 designs done a week (40 at a push) How did some people get to 1000 listings so quickly!? https://www.etsy.com/shop/HereAndNowRetail Here's my store if anyone has any input on that also.
