@Nicky MacLean yes and yes! I’m still uncomfortable with my efile and cutting cuticles. I primarily do gelx and getting the cuticle flush is crucial or they lift and get stuck in your hair. So that’s my biggest struggle right now.

I use Arch Rival Nails and really like them for all things gel. They are based on Canada with shipping hub in US to solve the tariff confusion. I like them because the have gel colors, hard gel, builder gel, and gelx system. With all the research that’s come out regarding products needing a matching lamp for their system it’s easy for me because they have everything I need and only need one lamp for all of it.
