Pricing in different regions
Hi All, How do you deal with pricing in different regions as Printshrimp show costs for UK, US, AUS, Canada, EU1, EU2 etc etc but Etsy only allows pricing for UK, US and Everywhere else?

I've just noticed in the print files section that 12in x 16in isn't a option, should I use 30cm x 40cm instead (though not an exact match), or just not offer 12in x 16in size option?
