Wednesday, July 8 - ✍️ Write-On Wednesday We'll spend the first and last 15 minutes sharing goals, celebrating wins, and checking in, then we'll dedicate a focused Power Hour to writing. Wednesday, July 22 - 🎭 10-Page Table Read Bring 10 new pages or less (minimum is 2 pages) and hear your work come to life! Everyone who attends must bring pages and participate by reading roles in other writers' scripts. Get feedback, stay accountable, and keep moving your project forward. Wednesday, July 29 - Ask Jordan Anything Have questions about screenwriting, filmmaking, producing, or selling scripts? Bring them! I'll answer as many questions as I can live. If you're new to the Screenwriting Success Club, these meetings are a great way to introduce yourself, meet other writers, and build momentum on your screenplay. For our Write a Short Film in 21 Days Challenge (OR you can present pages for another project), we're introducing 10-Page Table Reads! Bring up to 10 NEW pages, have them read aloud, and get feedback from the group. A few rules: ✅ You must bring pages to participate. ✅ Everyone helps by reading roles in other writers' scripts. ✅ Keep it to 10 pages or less so everyone gets time. This takes place next week, on Friday! We thought of the idea during yesterday's Production meeting, and I think it's going to be a lot of fun! If we get a good number of people, we can make it a regular thing! See you all next Friday!

Welcome to the Club! 🎬 If you're new, feel free to INTRODUCE YOURSELF below and tell us what you'd like to accomplish. I love hearing your goals so I can create meetings & resources that help you get there. If you've been a member for a while, SHARE THE WINS (small or big) you've had since joining the SSC. One of my favorite things is seeing members make progress on their screenwriting goals. Since launching the SSC: ✅ Feature films and short films by SSC members have been produced and released ✅ More films we wrote are currently in pre-production ✅ We’ve hosted live table reads with real actors ✅ Scripts have been requested and sent to production companies ✅ Members have completed full Christmas and horror screenplays in as little as 30–45 days ✅ Members have built writing habits, finished pages, and gained real momentum And this is just the beginning! Let’s document the progress and celebrate our success! : )👇

I'm writing my next short and am proud to announce that I cast my improv teacher for the lead role. He agreed to play the role and he'll be perfect for it. I'm not saying what it's about but will keep everyone updated. We will shoot it this summer
