🚀 The New AI Accelerator + August MVP Challenge
AI Accelerator has been completely rebuilt. The free Classroom is no longer a random pile of videos. It is now one guided path from “I want to use AI” to a useful system you can demonstrate, test, and improve. What’s new 1. Start Here — Choose one measurable 30-day goal and understand the Free → AIA+ → Mentorship path. 2. Set Up Your AI Workspace — Use Claude Code and Codex together safely. 3. Context & Building Fundamentals — Turn an idea into a clear brief, constraints, and tests. 4. Build Your First Useful AI System — Validate one real problem and finish the smallest working version. 5. Improve, Demo & Get Feedback — Test it, measure it, and show proof a normal person can understand. 6. Make Money With AI — Choose a cold, warm, or operator path without pretending an unproven build is client-ready. 7. Graduate — Audit your work and choose the correct next step. Every lesson now explains: - What you’ll walk away with - The exact action to complete - Any templates or prompts you need - A clear ✅ Done when standard Homework and community submissions are also separated, so the feed doesn’t turn into random assignment spam. 🏆 The August MVP Challenge Starting now, we’ll recognize our Top 5 Community MVPs every month inside the new Wins & MVPs 🏆 category. The #1 eligible member wins FREE lifetime access to AIA+. We’ll publish the complete Top 5, tag every finalist, and highlight the contributions that earned their place. How the ranking works The Skool 30-day leaderboard is our starting score. You earn points when other members like your posts and comments. What earns legitimate points: - Build updates with screenshots, demos, or measurable evidence - Helpful answers that solve a specific problem - Tested templates with an explanation of when to use them - Honest wins, failures, and before-and-after improvements - Useful feedback on another member’s build What does not count: - One-word comments - Copied or generic AI content. You will be banned. - Engagement bait - Asking people for likes - Unverifiable claims - Coordinated like-swapping - Low-effort posting purely to gain points

🚀 New Video: The Only Local AI Guide You'll Ever Need
You can run a real, genuinely smart AI free on the computer you already own — no subscription, no limits, no logins — and it runs 100% offline. Rip the wifi out of the wall and it keeps going; nothing you type ever leaves your machine. This is the whole thing explained for non-technical people: what it is, which models to run, and how to start today. - What it is + why now. Cloud AI = renting a brain in someone's data center; local AI = you download the model file ("open weights") and it runs on your machine, private and offline. Why it matters now: the free models got good (the best open one is close to the top paid), you own it so nobody can pull it or log it — we just watched Fable 5 get pulled and GPT 5.6 restricted — and there's no bill and no limits. - What to run, on what. Skip the giant frontier models (GLM 5.2 is 744B — needs a data center). The "home heroes" that run on a normal computer are Qwen, Gemma, and Phi. Memory is the whole game: 16GB runs a useful model today, 24GB runs the excellent 30B class. No powerful machine? Rent a GPU by the hour — still private. - How to start. Download LM Studio (no code — search, download, chat), grab Gemma or Qwen in a size your computer handles, and use it a week for your everyday stuff. In the demo I turn my wifi off and it writes a full client email, fully offline. My take: use local for the private, everyday, high-volume work and keep a cloud model for the hardest problems — that combo is the real answer for most people. It's not for everyone: if you use AI casually and are happy paying $20/mo, the cloud's easier, and I'd rather say that than sell you on it. 📎 Full guide PDF pinned below — every model, the hardware tiers, and the exact setup steps in one place. The step-by-step guide is free inside The AI Accelerator (20k+ members). 👉 Want a follow-up on running an entire business 100% locally? Comment below and I'll build it. [Watch the video here ▶️]

🤖 New drop: stop making big-money decisions off a single AI
Most people ask their ai system what to do, it agrees with them, and they feel validated right before they sink time and money into the wrong hire or a deal they can't get out of. Here's why it matters 👇 Your AI is a yes-man. Ask if your idea is genius and it builds a flawless case errible and itdoes the exact same thing in reverse. That means you can't actually trust it The fix: make it risk a dollar.Instead of one answer, you spin up a five-person panel that *disagrees on pur what'll gowrong, a numbers person who only cares about ROI, a growperson chasing t a total outsider with zero context, and a doer who only asks what you do Monday. Then a cands you oneverdict and one first move. I put together a short step-by-step guide that shows you exactly how to du paste to run it in 60 seconds, the full reusable system you save once and run on every big calisions to feedit. **👉 Grab it here:** https://flicker-celestite-7b6.notion.site/The-AI-Focus-Group-Pressure-Test-Any-Big-Decision-in-60-Seconds-383d180d8c8081088ba8cbc30169b799?source=copy_link What's the bigge now? Drop itbelow and I'll tell you how I'd run it through the panel 👇
