bigbenchas

I was scrolling through social media one day few years ago when I stumbled upon big benchas add of the scholarship program. I applied for the scholarship and got a partial and that was how I joined the community.

Since joining I've added almost 70lbs to my squat, 30lbs to my bench and 20lbs to my deadlift. Most of all my technique is improved overall and I've gained confidence in myself
Anyone thinking about joining... it's the best investment you can make.
