I was successful with most of my weekly goals.. YouTube video posted ✅️ Daily workout ✅️ Daily breathwork ❌️ I did breathwork only twice.. Room for improvement for sure.. I want to continue my weekly uploads on YouTube, Continue momentum with the gym and incorporate a daily breath work practice. also this week want to produce a polished ad to run on instagram for my business. Feeling good and exited to keep up the the progress!
