I actually think the vision is very clear, you want to build more than just a community; you want to create a place where women can consistently come back, practice the tools, see progress, and eventually bring other women into that experience. Yes, I do marketing, but where I think I could help you first is on the strategy and implementation side, turning that vision into a clear journey inside and outside the community. then move to marketing when everything is well structured. For example, I we look at: • How someone discovers you and understands what you offer • What happens when they first join the community • A simple “Start Here” journey so they immediately know what to do • How your 9D Breathwork and mini-courses are positioned within the community • Weekly activities that give members a reason to come back and participate • How to create natural referral moments so members want to invite their friends • How the free community can lead interested members toward your paid offers without making the space feel salesy • The overall member journey from discover → join → experience a first win → stay engaged → get results → invite others And honestly, I wouldn’t try to build the “massive tribe” part first. I we build the foundation that makes a small group feel valuable and alive, then scale what works. You already have the vision and the expertise in the breathwork itself. My role would be helping you structure and communicate that experience so people can actually see where they fit and what their next step is. So yes, I we absolutely love to help you shape this.
