Need your guys' honest input 🙏 I niched down to fencing companies and built a full package for them. It starts with a new website, and on that site is an estimate + booking tool. As the customer picks their material, style, height, and gates, it builds the fence out visually in 3D and shows a live price, then they can book a free measurement right there. The website and 3D builder are the hook, but the real value is what comes with them on the backend: missed call text back, instant text back to new leads, follow-ups for people who don't finish, and automatic Google review requests after the job. It runs through LeadConnector and GoHighLevel. Two questions: 1. What would you price this at? (setup + monthly) 2. Is this even a good idea, or am I missing something? I'm starting my own agency and I've been going through Clay's videos, but there are a couple things I haven't been able to find a clear answer on. 1. For my own outreach, I'm cold messaging local businesses for my website and reviews offer. Is it fine to use my own GHL number as long as I include an opt out line? Or are you all setting up a completely separate sub account with a new number just for cold outreach? 2. For the review reactivation campaigns that go out to a client's past customers, do you include opt out wording in those messages too? I know those run on the client's own number with A2P, but I'm not sure if the opt out line is still needed or if it hurts response rates. Would love to hear what's working for you and what's kept your numbers from getting flagged. Appreciate any help 🙏
