Remote | US Time Zone Hours | Full-Time OTE $10,000–$20,000+ Per Month | Uncapped Most closer roles say “warm leads” and then hand you a cold list. This one doesn’t. Every call on your calendar is a founder who has watched our training, understood what we do, and booked time to talk about working with us. There is no prospecting, no cold calling, and no lead generation on your side. Your job is to run excellent conversations and close the right people. ABOUT CONTENTSMASH ContentSmash helps B2B founders, mostly in tech, AI, and SaaS, turn LinkedIn into a steady source of inbound leads and customers. We have worked with over 150 founders, including Fortune 500 executives, a16z and Sequoia partners, and Goldman Sachs leadership. Our paid acquisition and webinar channels are scaling. We need a closer who can take ownership of the inbound pipeline as volume grows. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING • Running 5–6 booked calls a day over Zoom or Google Meet as volume builds • Leading structured discovery: understanding the founder’s business, their numbers, where their leads come from today, and what’s holding growth back • Deciding honestly whether we’re the right fit, and recommending the right option when we are • Handling objections with good questions rather than pressure • Owning follow-up until every opportunity is closed-won or closed-lost • Keeping the CRM clean and accurate so the numbers tell the truth • Reviewing your own calls, taking feedback, and improving week on week • Feeding recurring objections and prospect insights back to the founders and marketing team WHO YOU ARE • You’ve closed $3,000–$10,000+ offers before, in an agency, consulting, coaching, SaaS, or professional services business • You’ve sold directly to founders and business owners and you’re comfortable talking to people who run companies • You can prove your numbers, including call volume, close rate, ticket size, and cash collected • You diagnose before you pitch, and you’re at ease asking hard questions about revenue, pipeline, and decision-making
