Raised budget to $49/day yesterday, zero sales today
I raised my PMax budget to $49/day yesterday. Today: 76 clicks, $32 spent, normal CTR (~1%), but zero sales โ€” checked Shopify directly, genuinely zero, not a tracking issue. Nothing looks technically broken (device split normal, spend spread across products as usual). Is one zero-sale day right after a budget increase something to actually watch closely, or just normal variance? Curious if others have seen a dip like this right after scaling budget specifically.

@Artjom Milantejs Iโ€™d definitely avoid making a big change after just two unprofitable days, especially since you were consistently getting 1โ€“2 profitable sales/day before scaling. PMax can take some time to stabilize after a significant budget increase. Out of curiosity, whatโ€™s your main goal for joining this community are you mainly looking to improve your PMax performance, learn how to scale profitably, or connect with others running similar campaigns?

@Artjom Milantejs Iโ€™d probably keep the budget where it is for now and give it a little more time rather than making another change mid-learning. Three days is still a pretty small sample, especially with only 1โ€“2 sales/day previously. One thing Iโ€™d look at though: has your conversion rate or average CPC changed significantly since the budget increase, or is the main difference simply that the clicks arenโ€™t converting?
Google dropshipping Niche
Which niche do you prefer work for Google dropshipping: fashion or home decor?

@Ayoub Mann Both can work, but Iโ€™d lean toward home decor for a beginner because it can be easier to build a focused brand and avoid some of the sizing, returns, and trend-related challenges that come with fashion. Fashion can still perform very well if you have strong products and branding. Are you planning to target a specific country and price range? That could make one niche much more attractive than the other.

@Ayoub Mann Youโ€™re welcome,Hope you find a niche that fits your goals and gives you room to scale. By the way, whatโ€™s your main goal for joining this community are you just getting started with Google dropshipping, looking to improve your current store, or mainly here to learn from other membersโ€™ experiences?
Simprosys Multi Feed Store Migration
Hello everyone hope you're business is doing well, did someone managed to setup a multi country feed with Simprosys one of our store is operating in UK, we want to run ads across all europe but the setup seems to differ from MultiFeed App which is much more simpler, if any one have a solution for this please if it's possible to share it with me thanks in advance

@Omar Jmai Weโ€™ve run into similar differences between feed apps when setting up multiple countries. With Simprosys, Iโ€™d double-check how the target countries, currency/language settings, and shipping configurations are being handled rather than assuming the UK setup can simply be duplicated across Europe. One question: are you using a single Shopify store with GBP pricing for all European countries, or do you have Markets/country-specific currencies and pricing enabled? That could make a big difference to the recommended feed setup.
How to Scale Google Ads Without Killing ROAS
Iโ€™ve been running Google Ads for almost a month now. I started at $20/day with around 150 products and have gradually scaled the budget up to $49/day, but the more I increase the budget, the lower my ROAS seems to get. How would you approach scaling in this situation? Whatโ€™s the best way to scale faster while keeping ROAS at a reasonable level?

@Artjom Milantejs Thatโ€™s pretty common when scaling Google Ads the extra budget often pushes campaigns into less efficient traffic, so ROAS can drop even when conversions increase. Iโ€™d avoid making large budget jumps and instead scale gradually while watching conversion value, CPA, and marginal ROAS. Itโ€™s also worth checking whether the products receiving the additional spend are actually profitable before increasing the budget further. Are you running a Performance Max campaign, and is the ROAS decline happening across the whole campaign or mainly on certain products/categories?

@Artjom Milantejs That makes sense if conversions are increasing while ROAS drops after each budget increase, itโ€™s definitely worth looking at the quality and profitability of the additional traffic rather than just the overall conversion volume. Out of curiosity, whatโ€™s your main goal for joining this community are you mainly looking to improve your Google Ads scaling, learn from other members, or connect with people who are also building e-commerce businesses?
Budget stopped spending mid day
Have you guys ever had your google ads stop spending mid day? I think a gads suspension is coming. I have two separate google ads account for two stores with the same payment method and the other store is under Misrep review. Do I just tell gads I'm running two stores under same LLC? Thank you!

@Nixon Lee Yes, Google Ads can stop spending during the day for reasons that donโ€™t necessarily mean a suspension is coming. A shared payment method or common LLC between two legitimate businesses isnโ€™t automatically a violation, but you should make sure the ownership, billing, and business information are accurate and consistent across both accounts. I wouldnโ€™t make changes or create new accounts just because spending paused first check the accountโ€™s billing, policy, and notification sections for a specific warning. Did the affected Ads account show any policy or billing warning when the spending stopped, or did the campaign simply stop receiving impressions?
