AI Is the Tool. YOU Are the Value.
I was thinking about this today. AI can help us do a LOT faster, but I don’t think the goal should be to let AI do all of our thinking for us. For me, the best use of AI is helping me do more with what I already know. I can take an idea that’s been sitting in my head, talk it out, organize it, turn it into content, build something around it and actually get it DONE. That part is amazing. But the experience, the stories, the knowledge and the perspective still have to come from us. Especially when you’ve been doing something for years. You already know things that somebody else is trying to figure out right now. That’s why one of my favorite questions isn’t always, “What can AI create for me?” Sometimes it’s simply: What do I already know that could help somebody? Then I use AI to help me do something with it. I think that’s where the magic really is. How are y’all using AI in your businesses right now?

Same here @Stevii Mills AI helps me turn my ideas into actionable plans and prioritize them. Sometime I have amazing ideas that just aren't aligned with my own business, with AI I'm able to productize those ideas to help clients.
I just unlocked level 3!!! On my way to level 5🙏
Hi Community! My name is Kina Brown, I love how this community makes AI practical and actionable for founders and solopreneurs. I align with the Human-first methodology. I'm excited to recommend this community because of the focus on using AI practically to create real leverage, not simply chasing the latest tools. I'm an AI-Powered Ecosystem Strategist. I specialize in helping purpose-driven coaches, consultants, experts extract and codify their signature methodology so that they can effectively and responsibly leverage AI and Automation. My goal is to give my clients the freedom to focus on delivering high-touch transformation from overflow and not exhaustion, without losing what make their expertise unique. And here's my unpopular opinion: I don't recommend that my clients automate and hand EVERYTHING over to AI. I believe in AI for leverage, NOT REPLACEMENT. Your expertise should not become more replaceable just because AI is getting smarter. I'm excited to contribute to the value and growth of this community!

Why do you want an AI-Leveraged Business? It's bigger than AI right?
This is a safe space right? I know this is an AI community, but most of us aren't here because we just love AI!🤪 Does anyone else feel exhausted by all the AI noise and hype sometimes? Every day there’s an update, a new tool, a cute image prompt, or another warning that "if you aren’t automating 100% of your business, and posting 20 times a day, you’re falling behind." 😵‍💫 But it's not about AI just for the sake of freaking AI. The real advantage is LEVERAGE! I want an AI-Leveraged Business so that I have the funds and freedom to actually do what I love. It's not about being lazy or getting rich quick (that would be nice), it's about: ❤️ Having the capacity to serve from overflow instead of exhaustion ❤️ Serving my clients, fulfilling my purpose ❤️ Still being able to enjoy my life! What about you? What's the real reason you're here?

@Jen Goins Exactly. There are AI side hustles and monetization strategies to help you generate additional income. AI strategies to help you scale your business. And of course AI tools and workflows so that you are not the bottleneck. You have everything you need here to empower you to achieve time and financial freedom. What are you focusing on first?

@Stevii Mills I see you help women turn their expertise into income. That is amazing! Do you help your clients use AI in their business so that they can focus on showing up and sharing their genius? Or are you just getting started and implementing AI leverage into your own business?
Are you leveraging AI or outsourcing your authority?
I spoke with 10 experts this week in different fields and the same concerns kept coming up... ⁉️ "If AI can generate a 10-page strategy document, a month of content, or a course outline in 30 seconds... what happens to the value of my intellectual property?" ⁉️ "How do I charge premium prices when clients think a machine can do half of what I do?" ⁉️ "How do I explain that the magic isn't the raw information, but it's my strategy, my intuition, and the best practices I've learned from trial and error?" If any of this is echoing your inner thoughts, don't worry, you're not alone in there. The problem isn’t using AI for content, prompts, or automation. Those things can absolutely create leverage. The problem is thinking a pile of tools, prompts, and automations is an AI strategy. AI becomes a real business advantage when it is connected to the outcome you are trying to create, the workflow it is meant to improve, the context it needs to work well, and the human judgment required to make sure it actually strengthens the client experience. What will differentiate you in this next phase of the AI era is not how much content you can generate. It is your flair, your relatability, your signature method, your judgment, your stories, and the perspective you have earned through lived experience. That is your advantage. If you've felt hesitant to fully hand your business over to "agents," that’s not fear; I call that your discernment saving you from using AI in ways that make your expertise look generic, replaceable, or disconnected from the transformation you actually deliver. 💬 Quick Question for the Community: How are you protecting your "secret sauce" as you leverage AI in your business? Finish this sentence: “AI can help me with ____________ , but my clients still hire me for _____________.”

@Brenda Rigney How are you protecting your "secret sauce"? Is there one guardrail you've put in place regarding how you leverage AI?

@Monika Mileva This is not just an opinion, this is strategic thinking! If anyone wants to make their offer AI resilient it's going to require a pivot that protects it from the "commoditization trap".
🔍 The prompt that fixes AI's biggest weakness
AI is a confident first drafter and a terrible self editor. It won't tell you the output is mediocre. It'll hand it over like it's finished. Unless you make it look again. Try this after any output you're not thrilled with 👇 "Before I use this, critique it. What's generic? What could have been written about any business in this industry? Where did you make assumptions about my audience that I didn't give you? Score it out of 10 for how specific it is, and tell me what a 10 would require." Then, read the critique before you ask for a rewrite. Because the critique tells you what YOU left out. Nine times out of ten it says something like "I assumed your audience was time poor but you never told me who they are." That's not the AI failing, that's a gap in your brief. The next level: give it the criteria upfront. 👇 "You'll be judged on: specificity to my business, whether it sounds like me, and whether a reader would stop scrolling. Draft it, then score yourself against those three and revise once before showing me." Now it does two passes before you ever see it. Why this works ➡️ evaluating is a different task from generating and AI is much better at spotting a weak sentence than at avoiding writing one. Try it on something you've already generated this week and tell me what score it gave itself. 😄

@Emily Dawn This is great! Can we create a category for "Prompt Swipes" or "Prompt Vault" instead of putting these under AI Ideas? It would make it easier to find amazing prompts like these.
