Bio: At 76, May 2021, I achieved a 70 lb. loss with Dr. Boz's help! At 78, I not only continue to care about my health but am fully in charge of my health!

Bio: I am a follower of Jesus, wife, mom of 6 (all grown), software development manager, and quilt creator (in my free time)

Bio: I’m 71 and trying to fix my Hashimoto’s and energy problems. I have been on a keto/carnivore diet. And I’m working on getting back in shape.
