Afterwards he said he wanted me to create one for him. I asked gpt what I should charge. Based on my experience. It told me $2,500 (over $500 or $40,000) I had gpt create an msa and I sent it. He didn’t balk at price. Just asked conditions if he wasn’t happy or product wasn’t produced. After a few calls he sent first deposit!
