I’ve been thinking about something that’s become very obvious lately: A lot of people in self-development communities like this one aren’t actually stuck because they don’t know what to do; they’re stuck because they keep restarting instead of refining. New plan. New method. New “this time it’ll work”. But real progress usually looks boring: Same actions. Slight improvements. Repeated daily. What’s helped me personally is shifting focus from doing more to doing the basics better: Showing up even when motivation isn’t there Tracking small improvements instead of chasing big jumps Cutting down distractions that don’t move me forward Nothing glamorous. But it works. Wondering, what’s the one thing you know you should be consistent with, but struggle to stick to?
