Happy Monday, beautiful. Welcome to our very first Monday Script. Every Monday, this is where we gather to set the tone for the week. Not with a to-do list, but with who we are choosing to be. Here's why this matters. Most of us start the week reacting. The inbox, the errands, everybody else's needs. By Wednesday, we've forgotten we ever had a vision. Scripting flips that. When you write as the woman you're becoming, in the present tense, as if it's already done, you give your mind a new reference point. You stop living in "what if" and start living from "it is." This week's script: Write one to three sentences as the woman you are becoming, in the present tense, as if it is already true. A few guidelines so it really lands: • Present tense only. Not "I will" or "I want." Write "I am," "I have," "I get to." Your mind believes what you tell it is already true. • Make it feel good. A little stretch is perfect. If it makes you cringe, soften it until you can actually believe it. • Add the feeling. Don't just write what you have. Write how it feels to have it. The feeling is the magic. • Keep it yours. Big or small, it all counts. "I wake up rested and excited for my day" is just as powerful as "I signed my dream contract." Your turn: Drop your script in the comments below. I'll be reading every single one. Then, when you catch yourself being her this week, even in a tiny moment, come share it in Wins & Proof. That's how we prove to ourselves it's working. And remember, there is no expiration date on becoming her. Whether you're 25 or 75, you are right on time. With love, Patty
