Preseason playing alot of games before the season starts

It's looking good; there was a lot of buy-in this off-season. SSG and CLA players have been doing player-led work instead of working on their own; they have been getting together, working out the numbers, and doing things without you.

Long-Term Commitments!
3, 6, and 12 month commitments... Going from pay-per-session and even monthly commitments to this new model around 1 year ago has done wonders for our business! Getting cash collected upfront does a few things for the business: 1. Allows you to invest more in paid ads 2. Frees up stress for payroll 3. Gives you ability to invest in more trainers, better facilities, yourself, etc. Do you collect payments pay-per-session or upfront? If you want direct help with your business, comment "call" and we'll schedule a 15 min strategy call 🤝

Cash flow is the whole key to any business. I have saying I have done with many of my companies it goes like this. There is no bad business, these is bad pricing. Not know your overhead in your market and prices required to meet your overhead is where most fail.

Shooting
What is everyone's thoughts on fixing shooting? When do you fix a shot? In-season vs. off-season?

Off season for most but in season on someone that is a good shooter losing their confidence.
