Which nifty plan do yall use and are you inserting the parameter “nuid”?

Hey guys I have a problem with the images not showing when I am testing it out! I am on the free version and it said that for testing its fine! Do I need to subscribe to make it really work? I basically get a tap to load option, and when you tap on it you get redirected to the image instead of it being shown in the sms itself! Thx in advance!

To anyone selling websites and charging a setup fee, if later the client decides they no longer want you handling the hosting or maintenance. They want to keep the website you built but move it to another platform and manage everything themselves. How would you normally handle that conversation with the client, especially since a GHL website can’t simply be exported and moved to another platform?

I’m trying to send a personalized review-request image through a GHL workflow using NiftyImages. The customer’s first name works correctly in the SMS text, but the personalized name on the image comes through blank. I also tried using a Custom Value for the image URL, but GHL gives me an “Invalid format, Twilio may throw an error” message. Has anyone set this up successfully in a GHL workflow? What am I missing?

For personalized images in SMS where the customer’s name auto-populates in the image, do you do that directly in GHL or through a third-party tool?
