🎬 VIBE FILM WEBINAR (Approved by Jake)
This is for people who are not technical. Someone with a normal job who saw something on YouTube and wants to be able to make something similar for practical use. Live with Danney Trieu · Four months ago I had never made a single AI video. I'm not a deeply technical person and never done any film in my life before, I'm just very passionate about this space. I figured out where the decisions live — which ones you hand to the machine, and which ones you take back. Then I found Jake & ICM just like many of you. Once I saw his method, everything got easier. More valuable than that, I found this awesome community that keep motivating me and supporting me. I like to give it back.. Every Saturday, I'm hosting a Skool webinar here: 🚩*UPDATE (09/22): Class cancel on 26th. I have to fly out to prepare for a visual staging concert in Vegas. I hope to learn a lot from this experience and bring back what some knowledge for you guys. Until then, keep on vibe filming ! @André Ramirez you are telling your age as well, so as I'm telling mine...
@Danney Tee thanks for sharing. Where do we find the open source code, ICM?
What did you actually build this weekend? ️
Three days into Implementation Playbooks. I want to know what came out of it. Not what you watched. Not what you understood. What did you actually MAKE? - An animation you finally got working? - A folder structure that finally makes sense for your AI setup? - A browser workflow that's saving time? - Or something else entirely? Drop it below. Doesn't matter how small. Some of the most useful things in here started as the smallest outputs. And if you got stuck on a step... Don't sit there spinning. - Bring it to the Clief Notes AI - Bring it to the next call - Go back to the lesson and figure out WHERE you got stuck. That's part of the build. The roadmaps aren't here to make you feel like you completed something. They're here to make sure you walk out the other side with something you can actually use. Drop what you built below. 👇
I edited a website in vsc using Astro templates....but consumed a loooooooot of tokens (thought it would've been easier and would take less tokens). @Jake Van Clief how shall one do, if one imports a girhub template project into vscode, in this case from astro template builders, but it takes so much tokens to edit and adapt?
Just wanted to share what happens to my 💥project when I write "status"
So I tuned up a little bit the ICM and made it into a skill. I added an .md file , called PROJECT.md There´s stated ## Task Routing | Task | Read First | Then Read | Output | . . . | Answer `status` | `PROJECT.md` | Only supporting docs if needed | Read-only status report | now look what the AI does (and this is the free version of the Copilot that comes in VSCode): """ Reviewed PROJECT.md The user is asking for status. According to the instructions I received: "When the user writes status, read PROJECT.md and return a read-only report. Do not execute tests, modify files, or update dates while answering status." So I need to: Read the PROJECT.md file Return a read-only status report based on it Not execute tests, modify files, or update dates Let me read the PROJECT.md file first. """ And then it gave me a nice Status Report (without modifying any files) """ Project Status Report Project: Tech Media Content Offer OS Stage:MVP Development Date:2026-09-02 Completed - ✅ Bootstrap local CSV offer system (2026-09-01) - ✅ Kanban opportunity visualizer (2026-09-01) - ✅ Offer generator with printable view (2026-09-01) Blocked - 🚫 Official legal identity values (EORI, WEEE, VAT-ID marked as TBD) Deferred - ⏸️ PDF/XLSX export Verification (this was actually a table, look at the images attached) SubsystemStatusNotesStorage✅ Pass3 unit tests OKServer✅ PassResponds at 127.0.0.1:8000; /api/bootstrap returns next offer 251019Browser UI⚠️ Not verifiedKanban and forms not visually validated in browser Recommended Next Task Replace TBD legal values with official EORI, WEEE, and VAT-ID. This unblocks every customer-facing offer and enables PDF export work. """ Cool? or what!

Look at the order Antigravity 📗📘 📙 read my ICM Project
I read PROJECT.md and Requirements.md in parallel (at the same time), then CONTEXT.md + AGENTS.md + PROJECT_LOG.md also in parallel, and finally I explored the drafts/ folder. I did it all in two simultaneous rounds to go faster. Cool, right⁉️ What are your thought❓ Have you asked the AI about the orders in which your files are read?

Peter here, and I'm here to share my AI journey!
I'm currently using AI for my research. This month, I started applying ICM to build a one page website. One thing that caught my attention in this lesson was the three layers, because with a folder structure, you can start building something and track where you may have gone off track. I'm excited to learn how to create an animated presentation like Jake's. I'm also looking forward to seeing how structured approaches to AI can help me build better systems and reduce complexity.
Hi @Pedro Smith Peter...guess we have the same naming convention problem😜 Welcome aboard. name_conversion.py in python version (I´m just learning and kidding at the same time") #Name Entering print("Please enter your name x=translate(name()) print("Your name is ", x) #Name Converting print("Please enter your name´s original language) .... From Pedro to Peter...been there, done that...now I´m in Germany and I also changed my second name from Alejandro to -> Alessandro, Aleiandro, Alehandro
