Week 7 - Let's Plan This Event!
Happy Monday AAC Team! We are 789 strong today, up from 691 last Monday. That is 98 new faces in seven days and it has not slowed down once since June! First, the event. Last week I said @Ian Antonoff and I were locking down the foundation, and we have. The shape is some type of virtual team based competition. Now comes the part we cannot decide for you - what we actually compete on. The poll is at the bottom of this post and whatever wins is what we build. Also on polls, since I asked you last week - most of you said you prefer the poll right here in Skool over Google Forms. So that is what we will use going forward. Google Forms sticks around for the bigger surveys where we need more detail than a poll can hold. Secondly, a recap of what we pushed last week: - The final lesson of the Advanced Series is out - the Telegram fitness agent. Which means the free track is finished. Start to end, you can now build an Athlete OS, get it hosted and live, and text it like a coach. This one had been open since week one and it feels very good to type that it is done. - Ask Maps route builder - Google Maps went agentic, so I built a prompt that turns it into a route planner that actually understands the kind of run you want - AAC News Ep. 2 went out Friday - "The World is Changing... Learn It Through Fitness." Google vs Strava, the NYRR lottery change, a sleep study worth about 6% on your race time, and the gear news that actually mattered. Sign up here if you are not on it yet - Runner strength plan - a prompt that builds a lifting block around your running using the leading science around what makes a runner stronger & faster - Taper plan - what to actually do in the last two weeks so you show up sharp instead of flat - Sleeps impact on marathon time - 12min off your marathon time just by sleeping better is wild. So we built a sleep protocol to get these gains - Beating the death mile in a marathon - mile 20 is the death mile based solely human chemistry, learn how to beat it with a proper fueling plan

Go I’m ok
Preparing for a ultramarathon
Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Pedro, I’m 52 years old, and I live in Geneva, Switzerland 🇨🇭. I’ve just completed a great challenge: running around Lake Geneva, 180 km in 24 hours and 52 minutes! 🏃‍♂️🔥 It was an incredible experience — a lot of effort, but above all, an amazing journey. I still need to learn how to use Strava properly 😅 Between my battery dying and a few technical issues, I unfortunately only managed to record part of the route. But what matters most is the experience! And now, it’s time for the next challenge: my first ultra-trail, SwissPeaks, in September. ⛰️🏃‍♂️ To prepare, I’m training by climbing several mountain passes across Switzerland, getting ready for the elevation and pushing my limits. I can’t wait to take on this new adventure, share my journey with you, and keep adding more kilometres, summits and memories to my journey! 💪🇨🇭

At the end of the year, I’ll set off on an 80-day journey around Switzerland. 🇨🇭 Not simply to walk, run, or trek, but to truly live every kilometre. Sleeping in mountain huts, camping in nature, stopping at people’s homes for a coffee, sharing stories, and discovering Switzerland in a completely different way. I don’t just want to cross landscapes. I want to cross paths with moments, meet souls, and once again step outside my comfort zone. Because deep down, the real journey isn’t the one that takes us the farthest… it’s the one that brings us closer to ourselves. 80 days. One country. Thousands of steps. And above all, a human adventure. ⛰️🥾🏃‍♂️
