Anyone else seeing a slow down in jobs?
I have a very very active spring and summer, so much so that I booked out most of the Fall before summer was even over. Now I'm trying to book up just a few more weeks before winter hits and Facebook ads are returning much less leads and less of them are turning into actual jobs I talked to three other guys running mulchers in my vicinity and they're all seeing the same thing, downturn that seems to have started in August. Anybody else seeing anything similar?

Definitely noticing a slow down as well. Lead flow has been pretty consistent but people don't want to pull the trigger right now

June will be my first month and things are looking great. Started running facebook ads on April 30th and either my market is HOT or my wife is HOT or both. (she is the one talking in my ad) I have currently received 40 leads with a CPL of $5.86 spending $15 per day. Booked revenue for June is $21,400 $6K in estimates waiting for booking 5 estimates scheduled for this week, based on conversations about what they have and are looking to get done it should be around $22K worth of work. One of them is probably going to be around a $9K job. Delivery of my CAT 275xe with the LM-1 package, mulcher head and root rake grapple is scheduled for May 26th. Wish me luck!
Update
Good evening hope everybody’s having a blessed day. Just wanted to share what I got going on. I did my website on open. AI did not spend a dollar got approved for a brand new skid steer and mulcher with 60 days no payment and a 72 month zero interest which will keep my payments around $2000 a month. I’ve been doing a lot of research all online trying to keep my overhead as low as possible. I own a Semi truck so I’m going to use that and a gooseneck trailer to haul my equipment around when times are slow. I will jump in my truck and make money. The only reason I have not pulled the trigger as I’m trying to pay off all my credit cards so I am debt free when I start this and I have no overhead. If I am on the road, my wife will be helping me. She’s a good sales person. I know the first couple of jobs we probably are going to mess up on the quotes but we will live and learn. I read most of everybody’s comments trying to learn I really appreciate it.

Strong work Chris!! are you just running facebook ads or google ads as well?
First Job
Being my first job ever in this new venture was definitely packed full of life lessons and even though a lot of things went wrong, staying positive and learning from the mistakes will only make me a better operator and owner.
