@Nora Gianna Honestly.. My biggest challenge has actually been myself — I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and for a while that slowed everything down. I thought I needed every course and module fully built before I could even open the doors. What I'm learning instead: rather than guessing what people want, open the community and actually ask. Then build the trainings, workshops, and calls around what's genuinely useful to the people here — not what I assumed in advance. Right now my time's also split with client work — digital marketing, website redesigns, and helping businesses use AI to save time and cut costs on things that used to take a lot more effort. So growth here is steady, not fast, but it's honest. Which is actually a perfect segue — since you're one of our newer members, I'd love to know: where do you feel you're at with AI right now, and what's the one thing that would genuinely move the needle for you, whether that's in your work or day-to-day life? That helps me build this around real needs instead of guesses.

Got to start somewhere. I learned that getting those mental recordings we tell ourselves out of our vocabulary is essential - - "Its too hard for me" "Im not a computer tech person" We limit ourselves so much.....
