Ever finish a full day of work and still feel like you got nothing important done?
I’m Jenny. I’m new to this community, but I’ve been investing in real estate for years. One thing my experience has taught me is that there’s always something new to learn, especially when you’re dealing with different types of deals. I’ve noticed how easy it is to get buried in calls, messages and little fires while the things that actually move the business forward get pushed aside. Lately, I’ve been asking myself: “Does this actually need my attention?” Sometimes the biggest productivity win is simply knowing what to stop doing. What’s been taking up most of your time lately?

@Gala Rodriguez Thanks, Gala, I really appreciate you commenting. I’ve learned the same thing through my own experience in real estate. Sometimes you can be busy all day and still not get to the things that actually move things forward. For me, learning what deserves my attention and what can wait has made a big difference. What’s one thing you’ve found yourself doing less of lately?

@Ahmed M I can definitely relate to that. Sometimes when things start getting busy and you’re seeing results, learning gets pushed to the side without you even noticing. I’ve found that setting aside even a little time specifically for learning helps keep that balance. What have you found hardest to make time for lately?
Question
Hey y'all, I'm thinking of hosting some in-person events. They'd be paid (probably around $2k or so). If you're interested in hearing more please fill out the form and I'll reach out. Otherwise, I don't want to spam the community with paid offers so I'll stay quiet about it. Form: https://forms.gle/1h2axqezYVAGCzY47

@Justin Kavanaugh Justin, I saw your comment and thought I’d reach out. With your experience working with elite athletes, I’m curious what interested you most about the event, the learning, the networking, or the business side?

@Randy Gage That sounds really interesting. I like the idea of building the course around the beta group’s actual results instead of just creating it from theory. How’s the beta group going so far?

@Randy Gage That’s exciting, having a waitlist already is a really good sign. I’m still pretty new to the community, but I’ve been involved in real estate for years. How’s the real estate investing side going for you? I’ve picked up a few things that have been working for me too, and I’d be happy to share if you’re open to it.
New Here👋
Hey guys, Mitch here. I run a small web agency in Edmonton, Canada, I've been watching Kasim's videos for a little while now. Thank you for sharing the knowledge, Kasim + team! Big win to kick off joining 3X Freedom: after a couple of years of running my business, I was able to purchase my first house. With that, I'm looking forward to meeting with others and taking that next step in growth for my business :)

@Irfan Khan Congrats on the first house, Mitch! That’s a huge milestone, especially after a couple of years building your business. I’m curious, now that you’ve reached that point, what’s the next big goal you’re working toward?
Thank you for the immediate value!
@Kasim Aslam I just wanted to say: I got more out of your welcome module than I've gotten in some other communities after months of being active. What a testament to the value of what you're building here. In the product development and design world, "time to value" is a big consideration. I'm not even sure it was intentional, or just the result of value emerging from a good framework, but you nailed it!

@David Palmer I really like this perspective. You can tell when a community genuinely cares about giving people value instead of just filling up space. I’m looking forward to learning more and seeing what else this community has to offer. With the real estate market changing so much, what do you think is the biggest thing investors should be paying attention to right now?
