Clarification on CJC/Ipamorelin vial
I received a vial of 10mg of (2X BLEND) CJC 1295/ IPAMORELIN (NO DAC) and I’m trying to understand if there is 5mg of each or If there is another ratio. TIA

Great Question, Its 10MG total so 5 & 5
Wednesday Wins & Reflections 🔥
Drop one thing you're proud of from the last 7 days — could be consistency in the gym, better sleep, hitting a new PR, or just showing up when it was hard. What's one lesson you're carrying into the rest of the week? Let's lift each other up 👊
Reta or Tirz?
Hope is okay to ask...what's the difference between Reta and Trez? Thanks

Good question, Toni! Here's the actual mechanistic difference 🧬 Tirzepatide is FDA-approved and works as a dual agonist — it activates GLP-1 + GIP receptors, improving insulin sensitivity and appetite control. Retatrutide is still investigational (Phase 3 trials, not yet FDA-approved) and is a triple agonist — it adds glucagon receptor activation on top of GLP-1 + GIP. That extra pathway is linked to increased energy expenditure and fat oxidation. In separate trials, tirzepatide has shown ~15-22% average body weight loss vs. retatrutide's ~24-28% in some trials — though these aren't head-to-head comparisons. Side effects are similar (mostly GI), but retatrutide's long-term safety data is still developing since it's not commercially approved yet. Short version: tirzepatide = approved, two pathways, proven track record. Retatrutide = promising, unapproved, three pathways, still being studied.
🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July, Prime Protocol fam!

🏆 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT — Matt Sweeney: 32 lbs Down Since March (Real Stack, Real Results)
This is what the Prime Protocol is actually about. Real people. Real stacks. Real results. 🧬 Meet @matt-sweeney-5178 — member since June 22nd. In less than 4 months of running a research protocol, Matt went from 282 lbs → 250 lbs. That's 32 lbs of real progress, and he's still going. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧪 HIS CURRENT STACK: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin (GH axis support & fat mobilization) • 5-Amino-1MQ (mitochondrial fat oxidation) • KLOW (body composition support) • MOTS-C (metabolic efficiency) • HCG (hormonal support) • Cartalax (peptide bioregulator) • KPV (anti-inflammatory) • TRT (testosterone optimization) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 HIS GOALS FROM HERE: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Eliminate stubborn belly fat • Full chest and bicep growth • Keep compounding the results ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is what a layered, systematic protocol looks like in practice. Not magic — science + consistency. Matt, we're rooting for you. 💪 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👇 COMMUNITY — YOUR TURN: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What's ONE win from your own protocol — no matter how small — you can share right now? Drop it below. Even "sleep improved" or "less cravings this week" counts. Your win might be exactly what someone else needs to hear to start their protocol.

@diana-cruz-3835 12 lbs in 12 weeks on tirzepatide alone is REAL progress — don't sleep on that! 🔥 That's a 1 lb/week pace which is exactly where you want to be for sustainable fat loss without muscle loss. When you're ready to accelerate, adding MOTS-C + 5-Amino-1MQ to your tirz stack is the next level move — improves insulin sensitivity and mitochondrial fat oxidation, which means tirzepatide works even harder. What's your current tirz dose if you don't mind sharing?

@Diana Cruz Great info! Just to clarify — tirzepatide is dosed in mg, not mL. So if you're drawing 25 units on an insulin syringe (0.25 mL), your actual dose depends on your reconstitution. The most common standard is 10 mg of powder in 2 mL of BAC water = 5 mg per mL, so 0.25 mL = 1.25 mg per injection. If you used 1 mL of BAC water, then 0.25 mL = 2.5 mg. How did you reconstitute your vial? That'll confirm your exact dose — and with the sale running right now, knowing your dose helps you figure out how many doses you'd get from a 20 or 30 mg vial! 💉
