Finding your child's people (new Village resource)
If you’ve stepped away from school, or you’re quietly wondering whether you will, you might know this feeling. The sense that it’s all on you now. Every subject, every skill, every answer. In this Alchemising Education conversation, Kerri and I talk about the people who’ve actually taught our kids the most. The guys at the local hobby shop. A gentle singing teacher. A blacksmith down the road. None of them were “teachers”. All of them changed something. We’ve turned it into a prompt sheet you can sit with over a cuppa: Finding Your Child’s People. Six small prompts, from noticing what lights your child up to letting a good opportunity be refused. The full conversation and the PDF are waiting in the Classroom: AE Ep 70: Finding Your Child’s People Pick one prompt for this week. That’s plenty. Then tell us: who’s been an unexpected teacher in your family? And if this stirred up a question, pop it in AMA Questions. We’re gathering them for our next AMAs.

What’s Here for You in the Village
If school feels heavy and you’re wondering what else might fit, we’ve got somewhere to start. Our five free First Steps webinar replays are ready in the Classroom. Explore where to start, part-time school, when to homeschool, choosing a program and homeschooling costs. Each has a transcript and practical prompts, so you can take what helps without doing all the things. The Village is a quieter resource space for now. There isn’t a monthly live webinar or AMA running at the moment. Future dates will be announced here and through our email newsletter at quantimama.com when they’re confirmed. You’re welcome to browse, introduce yourself or share a small lightbulb when it lands. We check in as we can, so replies may take a little time. For course access help, email [email protected]. Want to go deeper? Take The Leap is available now for $60 on demand. Come and de-school yourself, untangle the old rules about learning and hear your child more clearly. Purchase on the website first, then we arrange your enrolled-student access in Skool. Start with one replay, one question or one useful conversation at home. No need to turn your whole life upside down today, sister. Held, not hounded.

Wins + Lightbulbs - Small Shifts Count
This is the place for the little moments where something starts to make sense. Not the polished success story. Not the big dramatic breakthrough. Just the moment you notice, “Oh… that’s what’s been happening,” or “Actually, we handled that a bit differently today.” Maybe your child told you something useful in the car. Maybe school drop-off was still hard, but you did not spiral in quite the same way afterwards. Maybe you found words for something you have been feeling for months but could not explain without sounding like you were overreacting. Maybe you realised you do not have to decide everything today. Those moments count. When family life has felt heavy for a while, clarity often arrives in tiny pieces before it becomes a proper plan. So if something lands, shifts, softens, or gives you a bit more room to breathe, you are welcome to share it here. Someone else is likely to be sitting in the messy middle space too, and your tiny lightbulb might help them feel supported and reassured. That's the beauty of the universal field we all share.

Parent AMAs - Stay Tuned
Got a school or learning question doing laps in your head? You’re in good company, sister. Live parent AMAs aren’t running at the moment. When we’re ready to bring them back, we’ll announce the dates and how to submit questions here and through our email newsletter at quantimama.com. There isn’t an upcoming AMA or a question deadline to keep up with right now. In the meantime, the five free First Steps replays are ready in the Classroom. Start with Where to Start?, then explore the question that fits your family today. You can jot down what you’d like to explore in a future session, or share a reflection here if you feel like it. We check in as we can; this isn’t a live advice service or a promise of an individual answer. For course access help, email [email protected]. For now, take what helps from the replays and give yourself a little breathing room. No rush to have it all worked out.

Introduce Yourself - this is your Village
If you are new here, you are welcome to introduce yourself. No polished life story required. You may share: Your name Where you are joining from The age or stage of your child or children What brought you here One thing that feels hard right now One thing you are hoping to feel clearer about Use whatever level of detail feels comfortable. A simple intro is enough: “Hi, I’m Jodi. I’m here because school has started feeling heavy for our family, and I want to understand what options exist before I panic or overthink everything.” This is not a space where you need to prove anything. You do not need to have the right language or the answers. You do not need to know whether your kids are staying at school, leaving school, homeschooling, changing rhythm, changing expectations, or just asking better questions. Start with where you are. That is useful information.
