If you don’t already follow Shirin Altsohn, aka @Shirinatra, prepare to lose some time scrolling through her page. 😂 Shirin is a German vintage content creator, designer and artist who calls herself a “fashion chameleon” because she doesn’t stick to just one decade. Her looks jump everywhere from the 1920s through the 1970s, with lots of Old Hollywood inspiration mixed in. Her outfits are BEAUTIFUL, but what I really love is how wearable they are. She’ll take inspiration from Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe or Brigitte Bardot and turn it into something you could actually recreate today. She also shares vintage hair tutorials, makeup, outfit ideas and some seriously gorgeous photography. Fun fact... the name Shirinatra is actually a combination of her first name, Shirin, and Sinatra, because Frank Sinatra is one of her favorite singers. 🎥 WHAT TO WATCH: Her YouTube channel is full of vintage outfit lookbooks and tutorials. Try her video where she recreates four looks from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Watch Shirinatra on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@shirinatra Follow Shirin on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shirinatra/ Go take a peek at her page... which decade do you think Shirin wears BEST? 🤎

Finding Vintage
Where do you all find vintage or vintage style pieces? I know Retro Stage, ModCloth, Unique Vintage, and a shop my mom found on vacation in Maine called Modern Millie Shop. Where else does everyone find vintage? What websites am I missing? What are your best tips or tricks for shopping on a budget? I just sort low to high on the sale sections of sites above and hope to find something I like in my size and price range!

All of those companies you named are good, but I have also been able to find vintage looking clothes really cheap on Shein. Also other places like Etsy, thrift stores, and Goodwill are good options. Also, I will literally use Google and just put in, for example, 1940s vintage dresses, and it will give me multiple options. You can find different companies that will sell different things. That’s just one way that I’ve been able to find multiple companies and get clothing for different prices.

Hi there! I am absolutely a Frank Sinatra girl 🥰 but I do love Dean as well! I think my favorite song of his is Good Morning Life. I also love Return to Me and Rio Bravo. Those are beautiful songs
