@Chris Cavanagh thanks again, so it may be applying VAT, I need to have her fix this, to use VAT excluded PS pricing for UK,

@Mihai Volintiriu Thanks, so if UK VAT excluded prices are used, it will show the correct price. Little confused how to show the correct PS suggest pricing and even not sure what prices are being displaed to other EU countries. Is there easy way to fix this? thanks again

Shipping fee for Frames to Australia
There seems to be some conflicting information regarding frame shipping costs. The website shows Australia as free shipping, while the PDF titled “Frames” does not list Australia separately and indicates $19.99 for ROW (Rest of World). How do you fulfill personalized posters on PrintShrimp when every order has a different design?
I’m planning to sell personalized posters where the final artwork is generated/customized for each customer after they place an order. Because of this, the print file is different for every order—there isn’t a fixed design or fixed PDF/image that can be uploaded ahead of time.
