4 contributions to AI Online Educators & Coaches
Growth boost
What's your experience with Growth Boost? Is it good instead of paid ads (that are paid by you)? Can you just make your community very valuable, include good about page and a good offer by what is taught by Evelyn and get your customers coming with Skool ads?

What AI Workflow Would You Build to Make Online Teaching Easier? 🤖🎓
I'm curious how other educators, coaches, and content creators are using AI to simplify their work while still keeping their content personal and valuable. Here are a few tools that could help create a more efficient teaching workflow: - Claude – Brainstorm lesson ideas, organize course outlines, and turn complex topics into clearer explanations. - Canva – Create lesson slides, worksheets, workbooks, and visual learning materials. - Loom – Record walkthroughs and tutorials that students can watch at their own pace. - Notion – Organize course materials, lesson plans, and content calendars. - Floment – Explore another platform for sharing ideas and connecting with online communities. One workflow I'd love to explore is turning a single lesson into a complete learning package: a presentation, a worksheet, a short tutorial, and a few review questions, while making sure the educator checks the accuracy and adds their own expertise. If you could build one AI-powered tool or workflow specifically for online educators and coaches, what would you want it to do? Would you focus on course creation, student engagement, personalized feedback, or something else? I'd love to hear your ideas and see what everyone is experimenting with! 🚀

A recent example - was sitting with another founder in a coffee shop and helped her build a better hosted website with Claude Design and Claude Code. I have seen what is difficult to her, and immediately created a short video explaining how to bypass it to my Skool group. It's not super fast, but doable with a few iterations, and with building first the content of it. Now my community has another cool mini-course because of this long coffee break's questions of her.

As an additional tool BTW - I'd have add HeyGen - sometimes nice and they got better

@Evelyn Weiss thanks!
How are you guys securing your Claude Artifact lead magnets behind a login?
Thank you Evelyn for this group! Question: I've built some incredible interactive Claude Artifacts to use as lead magnets for my coaching program, but I'm running into a huge roadblock. Anyone with the URL can access them directly without signing up or logging in, and setting up Cloudflare or custom landing pages on Lovable for every single tool is taking hours. How are people here securely gating their artifacts so random people don't just share the raw link?

I think artifacts are great for demonstrations but to gate and have full control over them (including login and potentially much more) you should have your own website hosted. When I teach it, I mention Netlify, Vercel and Cloudflare. In Netlify I demonstrate it with drag and drop on my community (to have your own website hosted, for adding log in you can probably use Netlify Identity - an internal netlify tool that makes your life easier for building Sign up workflow). Good luck! P.S. I don't want to market my community here but you're welcome to join. If you don't join you're also super welcome to ask me here and I'll try to help!
