Been a part of Shadow Lab for about 2 weeks and wanted to share my experience so far. What I value most is connecting weekly to discuss not only training philosophies and methods, but the human side of coaching and educating athletes. The calls and discussions challenge me to think beyond what I normally would, which can be uncomfortable but that’s where growth happens. This is more than exercises; it’s a community that helps us grow as coaches and people. Thank you Coach Mike G!
