Your event isn't just a class
I've got 20 calls booked over the next two weeks All of them came off the back of events and posts in my communities. That's not a brag. It's the point. We all turn up to teach, and we should. Teaching is why people came. Right!? But the event is also doing a job for your business, and that job is getting the right people onto a call with you. If you finish your presentation, say thanks for coming and log off, you've run a free class. Nothing wrong with that. Just don't confuse it with growth. So put the ask in. One line, near the end, after you've given people something genuinely useful. "If you want help applying this in your own community/life, here's my calendar." That's it. No pitch. No pressure. Most people just need permission to take the next step. And if you've run events this month and not one call came out of them, that's worth sitting with. Nine times out of ten, it isn't the content. It's that nobody was told what to do next. Look back at your last event. Where was the ask? New to Skool Events Daily? Don't forget to attend our welcome call

The Replay Is Here: Why Some Skool Events Get 3x The Turnout
If you missed it live last night, the replay's up now. Check it out below 👇 I went through the actual data behind why gating your events kills turnout, even when they're free. Covered the model I've been using instead, keeping the live open with no sign-up required, and only asking people to join once they've actually got value from being there. Don't forget, if you want to display your replays like this and you are VIP, use this category Event Replays

Grab Your Own Page In The Weekly Bulletin 👇
Have you seen this offer yet? Each week we give you the opportunity to grab your own A4 page inside the Weekly Bulletin — a space where you can showcase yourself, your community, your events, or all three together. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to the wider Skool Events Daily community and let people know more about what you’re creating. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲? There are a few simple ways. 🎡 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄 One way is by referring people into Skool Events Daily. At the moment, Des is also running a referral competition, which offers even more than just the page. You’ll also receive valuable feedback and wisdom from Des around your About Page, your community, and ways you can improve your presence. Alongside this, we hold a weekly draw where someone gets the chance to win their own page in the Bulletin. And yes… we spin the wheel! 🎤 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝘀 𝗔𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 Another way to receive a page is by holding an event. If you list Skool Events Daily as the sponsor of your event and show us that you have done so, we’ll happily give you a page in the Weekly Bulletin to promote yourself, your community, and your upcoming events. 💜 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 The final option is easy… You can simply purchase your own A4 page for $25. No waiting. No competition. Just your own dedicated space in the Bulletin. The Weekly Bulletin is all about celebrating the amazing people, communities, and events happening across Skool. We love giving people the chance to share their story, because it’s always great discovering who is behind the communities we see every day. So if you’d like to grab a page, just reach out to myself or Des and we’ll help you get started. It really is that simple.

One Tweak. 3x The Turnout. Here's Proof
I used to think the best way to run a community event was simple. Get people to join, then get them to watch. Straightforward, right? Wrong. Dead wrong, according to the data I pulled across multiple communities over the past few weeks. Tomorrow at 8 pm BST (3 pm EST / 12 pm PST), I'm sharing exactly what I found live. The format most of us default to for events is quietly capping attendance, and there's a simple fix that's already tripling turnout for me and for the clients I've tested it with. No pitch, no fluff. Just the numbers, what they mean, and how to use them for your very next event. It's free and open to everyone live. After that, it only lives in the Vault for premium members, so tomorrow's the one chance to catch it live and fire your questions at me directly. Get it on your calendar here so it doesn't slip past you. Tell me below: what's your current turnout like? Curious how many of you are dealing with the same problem before we go live tomorrow.
