I’m putting A0 on hold for myself, but I won’t stop believing in a better future for it!
Hi everyone! It looks like we’re reaching a point where local development tools are actually improving, rather thanJust seeing the emergence of high-quality agent frameworks like DeepSeek Harness makes it clear why they have become popular. No matter how often I tried using Agent Zero for local development, I invariably hit a dead end. Consequently, this tool will likely remain of little relevance unless its architecture undergoes radical changes—specifically, the removal of the auxiliary ("utility") model; in my view, that is Agent Zero's main problem. Competent memory plugins could surely solve this issue, thereby making A0 more flexible.
Return the King with a Style
Hi guys I'm new here, but it hurts me to see Agent Zero falling back so bad I do not see even a slightest video hype anymore on Youtube, every where you check is "Hermes Agent this Hermes Agent that", and as much as I respect it(Hermes), I know that there is actually nothing like Agent Zero, Once the Agent Zero be able to merge A0 and Space Agent together and make a full Desktop one click setup .exe and stop depending too much on Docker for sandbox, there will be nothing on AI Universe that can stand a chance against Agent Zero ever again, make an ultimate killer fix that really matters, and desktop/web browser total dominant Agent Zero via CLI or a full desktop A0 version without sandbox( some of us do not need that)

Perhaps not everyone realizes just how far ahead the creator of Agent Zero was thinking when building it. You have to agree that AI models are getting smarter—recently, one of them even hacked Hugging Face just to find a way to achieve its goal. Container isolation, its own operating system—personally, that’s enough for me, and I consider his approach the best one out there right now! A0 is truly impressive; not everyone has grasped that yet, but the time will come, and those who haven't quite caught on yet will definitely understand!
Agent Zero v2.8 is out, plus a Launcher update
This release is about control and speed: a real stop button, a faster Web UI, and a round of quality-of-life features you'll feel every day. The stop button: Active runs can now be cancelled end to end. There's a stop button in the Web UI, a new /stop API, and a /stop command in the CLI connector. When you say stop, the whole run stops, including everything happening behind the scenes. Speed: The Web UI starts noticeably faster thanks to asset bundling, service-worker caching, extension manifests, compression, and version-aware cache handling. Long chats stay smooth too: messages render lazily with pagination, and message collapsing plus replayed warning grouping were fixed. Quality of life: Chat renaming is now a builtin feature, you can rename them via the chat list, with /rename, and sidebar pinning is also built in. The Files browser supports drag-and-drop moving for files and folders, including guarded multi-item moves with clear drop feedback. Slash commands are discoverable through skills, and the command picker no longer pops up when you type a trailing slash in a path. Launcher update: You can now drag instance tabs to reorganize them or detach them into separate windows. The Launcher also manages your A0 CLI installation from now on: update the Launcher and both stay current automatically. How to update CLI: open a terminal and type 'a0 update' Web UI: open Settings -> Check for updates -> Review update Launcher: close and reopen the app, then click the Update button New here? You’re top-notch as always! But it would be great if it were possible to quickly copy the configuration—including AI models and keys—from one instance to another.
SABE: Live Voice AI + Agent Zero Parallel Processing POC
Hey guys, Wanted to share a proof of concept I’ve been working on called SABE (Secure Advanced Business Engine). This is a completely raw, unedited record [no post-editing] of a multi-agent system powered by Agent Zero coupled with the Google Gemini Voice Live API. The main thing this demonstrates is true parallel processing capability. You'll see a live voice agent( Google gemini Live API based ) interacting in real time, while AZ0 simultaneously performs complex, multi-step tasks in the background without causing lags or interruptions. Check out the demo here and let me know what you think: https://youtu.be/eIRgxp5qPzE

I apologize for my poor English! This is really cool work. I created my own voice agent, A0, which acts as the server, and I got the connection working! But I went further and wanted to give sophisticated root control to an Android device so it could manage my PC and smart home while we were talking. Yes, it's ambitious, but it's awesome! The thing is, I wanted A0 to be able to self-activate when it receives notifications from the device and remind me of things I forgot to do, but then I ran into a problem with A0, which is activated using the Task Manager and opens a separate chat for this. For A0 activation to work, I need to write a mini-server that can intercept the data, but this isn't a secure solution. It's a shame that the Task Manager uses a separate chat instead of returning a response to the current chat or session upon self-activation. Maybe someone can solve this issue.
🚀 Agent Zero + A0 CLI v1.19 are live
With v1.19, we are aligning the version numbers of the A0 CLI and the Agent Zero Web UI. Both are now on the same version, which should make updates and support much cleaner going forward. But the more important part is what this release makes possible. 1. DOX: project context that agents can actually follow We are introducing DOX, our open-source layered documentation framework. Think AGENTS.md, but not trapped in one flat file. With DOX, each part of a project can describe itself. The agent gets the right context where it is working, instead of trying to hold the whole repo in one giant instruction blob. This should make agents much more reliable in real projects, especially larger codebases. 2. Stronger Computer Use Computer Use is also stronger across Linux, Windows, and macOS. The big direction here is simple: agents need to work with real computers, not just chat interfaces. v1.19 moves us further in that direction, including background computer use. 3. Faster document_query with Liteparse We also upgraded document_query with a Liteparse-powered engine for much faster PDF parsing and better document Q&A. This is the kind of feature that becomes very useful once you start giving agents real research tasks: PDFs, docs, reports, claims, contracts, benchmarks, and anything else where the answer needs evidence. 4. Plugin toggler and chat tabs in the CLI Now you can switch context more easily in the CLI thanks to the tabs in the upper area. And you can also enable/disable plugins with the /plugins slash command. Thank you to our stakers and users. Every week, stakers used 6 billion tokens through the Agent Zero LLM API, plus more than 2 billion daily tokens on OpenRouter. That is real usage, and it helps us keep pushing the product forward. If you try v1.19, please share: - what Computer Use works well on your OS - where document_query feels faster or still struggles - any workflow that breaks The best releases are the ones the community stress-tests with real-world use cases.

Hey! Hey guys, what's going on with the updates? You're doing them frequently but poorly! Agent0 has become unstable! I get a warning every time (A0: Message misformat, no valid tool request found.) I couldn't stop the agent using stop requests! Only shutdown or restart. Guys, you need to maintain your brand! It's better to do one well-tested update than five bad ones. Now I'm wondering which update to roll back to.Under the hood are minimax-m3 and glm-4.7.
