-My theory is it’s the main movement that has caused that in my left arm(now any load of pressing with “substantial” weight does it.) if you look at my last post even the decline will do it. - I quit doing them and some things got better, tendinitis left, but long head connection in right arm stayed but it’s localized. - Bodyweight wasn’t enough so I chained 2 “45s” to me and would do my sets. - After the week I did so, the pains happened. This last rotation back early spring caused costocoilitsis. That left when I quit as well. - For pain localization (brachioradialis or even underneath) like you’re pressing a knuckle into it. When I abduct my wrist in a press I’ll feel it at the bottom of the movement. - Specific loads. - Pain wise it’s more of an annoyance and odd, doesn’t necessarily inhibit me.
