Well I did the workshop last night and after being stuck in bed for months I was able to walk to the shop a mile away, do shopping and walk back. Won't seem like a lot to most of you but I have m.e/cfs and fibromyalgia.. its somethingI thought I wouldnt be able to do again. Thank you so much. Looking forward to tonight.
