I finished reading the entire book today. It encapsulates many great principles. Certain parts really reinforced my trajectory and my momentum. There are a few other concepts that have helped me rebuild my momentum and have overcome my nearly giving up in despair. I am not saying to amend the book (except it needs format adjustments). There was one sentence that I took issue with, without it being qualified. "Every thought influences direction." There is much self-talk that is natural and negative, and impossible to shut down entirely. Such thoughts flood the mind at times, but with the changed responses caused by getting into alignment and being willing to bear (at times great) discomfort, transformation still can change. Another thought I offer that I didn't really find in the book is that setbacks, mistakes, and even very adverse experiences can serve as gifts and opportunities. Often it requires being willing to admit the need for help from others and a willingness to humbly ask for help. Gifts and opportunities exist if our inner guide is attuned to allowing experiences to become stepping stones. In summary, great book and I want to find ways to share it with people who will open their minds to catch the vision and the pathway. Thanks!
