A CRM for Independent P&C Insurance Agencies
Im an owner of Ohio Ark Insurance and founder of Agecny Accel. In 2024 we started down the path to build an API engine that communicated between our CRM partners (KEAP and Active Campagin) and d Xanatek Connects AMS . This was built. however due to swift developments with AI we are now working on a project that eliminates bloated CRM packages, replacing with lite CRM and Agentic AI (with the exception of Leadin pipeline and workflows) performing most of the workflow functionality . We created all the requirements in Claude, which then created a prompt we will use to start the scaffolding process in GitHub/Claude Code. We're seeking someone who can assist with building out this CRM and has an interest in holding a small ownership interest in our AI Tech Consulting Agency for P&C Agents. Please respond back to [email protected] with Claude CRM in the subject line

Preventing Autistic work output from AI
I need some help on how to fix and improve the quality of work that AI Agents (claude / codex) output. Context: i am having Codex and Claude Code do full end to end knowledge work directly for me and i am getting inconsistent and sometimes poor output quality on the work it does. I am having CC and Codex: - Manage my outlook for me (reply to my emails, write and send emails for me (without me reviewing)) - Create 3D CAD for mechanical components (from their 2D drawings) - Buildout my entire Hubspot (CRM) to launch a new business, (amongst various other work) I am noticing if Codex / claude (AI Agents overall) .. if they are not trained on HOW to do a process & what is a good output for the work its doing ... it will guess on what to do and what is good output for that task its doing This guessing leads to poor quality in some of the tasks it does for that knowledge work. So for example: the emails that Codex / CC writes are often poorly written, phrased poorly and unclear - The emails are not to the point & not the same way you would write the same email in a structured, clean way) - The mechanical engineering it does (with 3D CAD creation) often miss important dimensional features thus making their final output wrong - Etc I want to have my AI Agents (Codex and Claude) do more full end to end knowledge work for me... (and do it autonomously with me babysitting) but i need to know that the output quality of the work it does will be great ... I need to TRUST that it can do the work and have great output. HOW do i do this? @Brendan Jowett

@Jonathon Tamm Hi Jonathon, the key is not simply giving AI agents more autonomy—it’s giving them a clear operating system for the work. I’d recommend using: • Detailed SOPs and process instructions • High-quality examples of expected outputs • Predefined quality-control checklists • A second AI/QA agent to review completed work • Approval checkpoints for high-risk tasks • Feedback loops to continuously improve performance With a properly structured execute → validate → approve → learn workflow, you can significantly improve consistency and reduce the need for constant babysitting. I’d be happy to help you design this architecture using Claude/Codex, n8n, and automated QA workflows.Kind reach out to me and discuss
Building & Selling an AI Voice Agent for HVAC (Need Expert Guidance)
Hi everyone, this is Fatima (KB). I’m currently building an AI voice agent for HVAC businesses using Retell AI, and I’d really appreciate some clear guidance from people who have real-world experience. My situation: - I understand the basics of Retell AI, n8n, and Make.com - I’ve already built a simple working voice agent - But I’m confused about how to structure it properly for real clients - Different YouTube tutorials suggest completely different approaches, which is slowing me down What I need help with: 1. Architecture - Should I focus more on a strong system prompt or build a structured conversational flow? - What’s the best way to handle real HVAC calls (bookings, inquiries, emergencies)? 2. Tech Stack - What tools are actually necessary to start selling this service? - When should I use Retell alone vs integrating n8n or Make.com? - Do I need a CRM or database from the beginning? 3. Real Business Setup - What is the minimum setup needed to start getting HVAC clients? - What features do HVAC business owners actually care about most? 4. Workflow - What should the full workflow look like from incoming call → AI handling → lead storage → follow-up? 5. Scaling - Once I get my first 5–10 clients, what should I improve or automate next? I’m trying to avoid overcomplicating things and just want a simple, practical roadmap focused on selling and delivering results. I’d be really grateful for any advice or real experiences you can share.

@Fatima Kb Yes, this is actually a solid approach treating chat as volatile state and externalizing truth to a checkpoint file is basically how production agent systems handle long-running context. I would also help you take this further by building a more reliable state manager (auto-checkpointing + structured memory + recovery after compaction) so nothing gets lost even if hooks fail. If you want to harden this into a production grade workflow, feel free to DM.
