How to know when you are bottle necking?
Some good points came out of Mike's post, which raised a question that I'm hoping others can shed some more light on. @Wojciech Solarczyk made a good point about live monitoring "finding a bottleneck requires live monitoring: are you running out of VRAM? RAM?" The question I have is at what benchmark should you be looking for to know you are bottle necking? Based on a current render, my stat's are: Ram 76%, GPU 100%, VRAM 95%. Note that I'm only using KitchenAtt and Ref2VA_int8_pruned_convrot. I know this is not the fastes for a 5070ti, but i believe it keeps the quality decent, albeit this is still an area that is a soft spot for me as there are so many models and lora variations out there. Similar to Mike, I did discover that I need to keep the chunks bellow 13s, otherwise render times turn into full days vs 15-20min.

@Andy Whittaker No, albeit from what I've gathered the peformance delta does not justify the $ cost. Maybe something I should be looking into. Let me know if you have any light to shed. Spec wise DDR5 is rated to be nearly double the speed, but how much of an impact will that actually have?

Wow, crap ... DDR4 here is nearly the price of DDR5. That's changed since I last looked 4 months ago.

@Andy Whittaker Thanks for the update and the supporting tutorial(s). At some point in time, If you could review for us newbies the general gist of how the unified loader is setup to function, including key settings and model options for each hardware tier.
Hello - WIP while waiting for V2
New to the group and thought I'd put up the music video that I'm hoping to put together before halloween. At my newbie level, this is a huge bite to jump in to and I've been hitting lots of walls in regards to the opening shuffle dance and voice synching. The opening is a 16s guitar piece, that leads into Franky singing the lead. Right now I've reverted back to doing single chuncks, while waiting for V2, I thought I could at least start working on the prompting as the duration is 255s. Rendering on the 5070ti takes some time, but its far better than the amiga days, where it took weeks to 3d model/texture and render a 60sec video.

Character Sheets Made Locally
Ok so after posting the video the other day where I create character sheets using ChatGPT I decided to make a local node instead. I still think that GPT 2.5 has better detail, but I know a lot of you would like a local workflow, so here you go, have 2! :-)

Wow, super workflow, love the format.
Skin Realism
Look how amazing this looks! I used LTX2.3, with my new Seed Scout node. Don't know what that is? Ask me.

Wow, the skin detail is amazing. I can't help but wonder if LTX2.3 is adding intentional motion blur as the camera pulls in or if this is a limitation? Regardless, its plausible as tac-sharp focus while the camera is in motion can be challenging.
