Microplastics
Tiny, almost invisible fragments now found in our air, water, food — and even our bodies. We don’t believe in extremes, but to bring awareness back to what we can control and to follow through with the kaizen approach. Small, intentional shifts over time. ✨ Why this matters: When plastic breaks down, it doesn’t disappear — it becomes smaller and smaller particles that can be inhaled or ingested. Early research is showing these particles linked to: • Inflammation • Hormonal disruption • Cellular stress (Science is still unfolding — but the direction is enough for us to pause and become more mindful.) ✨ What we recommend: We don’t panic and throw everything out overnight. We simply begin to return to more natural ways of living 🌿 A few gentle shifts we love: • Choosing glass, stainless steel, or ceramic over plastic in the kitchen • Avoiding heating food in plastic (heat increases leaching into food) • Using natural organic fibers (cotton, linen, wool) where possible • Swapping single-use plastics for reusable, earth-friendly options • Filtering water or choosing better containers when we can (Santevia is our favorite) Even something as simple as changing a food container or water bottle is a step toward reducing what your body has to process. ✨ The deeper layer: This isn’t just about plastic; it’s about remembering our relationship with Nature. Choosing materials that come from the earth, and return easily back to. Your body understands nature. It knows how to work with it, not against it. We’re not here for perfection. We’re here for awareness → intention → aligned action. One small swap at a time https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1B85JMvXmU/
