STUCK IN DEPRESSION DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO STAY THERE There can be moments when depression, stress, anxiety, grief, being overwhelmed feels like it has taken over your thoughts, your energy, your motivation, and even your ability to believe things can be different. You may smile around other people while privately struggling with thoughts you don't know how to explain. You may tell yourself, “I should be able to handle this.” But sometimes the hardest part isn’t the depression itself. It’s feeling like you have to carry it alone. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust enough to be honest with. Not someone who expects you to have the right words. Not someone who tells you to simply “get over it.” Someone willing to listen and understand what you’re actually going through. That’s where reaching out matters. Reach out to me. I have been where you are. Tell me what you’re really feeling. If depression, stress, grief, burnout is part of your struggle, consider talking with someone who has experience with depression and understands how difficult it can be to put those feelings into words. You don't have to pretend you're okay when you're not. You don't have to explain everything perfectly. And you don't have to figure out your next step completely on your own. There is hope. If you’re struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, loneliness, grief, stress, other mental health challenges, please don’t keep those feelings to yourself. Reach out to someone you trust. Be honest. Let me know what you’re carrying. Sometimes the first step toward hope is simply saying, “I’m not okay, and I need someone to talk to.” You are not alone. If you’re ready to talk, Christian counseling is available for people who are carrying their burdens alone. Message me for free 1:1 consultation call. That's how trust begins. I am a Christian. I am a Counselor. https://www.skool.com/faith-on-the-move-9932/about?ref=c366425856a54039b54a0f8a31fd9723
