A muscle feeling "tight" doesn't always mean it needs more stretching. Sometimes your body is limiting a position because you don't have enough strength or control there. Today's challenge: Pick one area that always feels tight. Instead of only stretching it, add 2 sets of a controlled strengthening movement afterward. Mobility = range you can actually control.
