1. Did one direction of pelvic tilt feel harder to control than the other? The posterior tilt was "impossible" without engaging muscles in my lower back. I could only flex from neutral to anterior when "activating" the "pelvis"/deep core muscles. If I wanted to reach some posterior tilt movement my lower back muscles activated and sometimes my stomach muscles. 2. Did you feel your glutes instead of your core? Y, when I did it wrong. 3. Did your stomach tense or brace during the movement? Somtimes in the anterior movement, when I not had control of the movement correctly and more often when I tried to do a posterior tilt. 4. When standing, did pelvic tilts feel harder than lying down? Y, the anterior tilt was more difficult, but the posterior tilt felt easier. I could feel that I could do posterior tilt with just relaxing the muscles. 5. During the bridge, did the movement start from the pelvis or from pushing through the feet? From the pelvis. (In Sweden, in the 1980s, there was a famous TV-trainer that told us to "knip" - use the muscles that prevent you from peeing yourself. My explanation, not hers.) But I couldn't reach a straight line from knees to shoulder. My thigh muscles was (is) to short and I began to arch if I pushed to reach a straight line.
