🌎 MARKET CONTEXT U.S. futures are leaning bullish this morning, led by renewed strength in technology and semiconductors. Nasdaq futures are leading higher, Treasury yields have eased, and oil has pulled back, which is helping relieve some pressure on growth stocks. Semiconductors are showing early strength, with NVDA, AMD, MU and SNDK among the names to watch. The biggest event risk is still ahead. NVIDIA reports earnings Wednesday after the close, and PCE inflation data is also due Wednesday. Today, watch Consumer Confidence and housing data at 10:00 AM ET. The market could change direction quickly around those releases. 📊 VIX GAME PLAN Current VIX: 15.75 🟢 Under 16 = Buyers In Control 🟡 16–18 = Caution 🔴 Above 18 = Sellers In Control VIX is below 16, giving buyers the early advantage. 📰 TFZ MORNING CATALYST REPORT | Tuesday, August 25, 2026
🌎 MAJOR MARKET CATALYSTS • FUTURES REBOUND AS TECHNOLOGY TRIES TO STABILIZE: U.S. stock futures are pointing higher this morning after Monday’s technology-led selloff. Around 5:23 AM ET, Dow futures were up approximately 0.33%, S&P 500 futures were up 0.39%, and Nasdaq-100 futures were up roughly 0.75%. Semiconductors are leading the early rebound. Source: https://www.reuters.com/business/us-stock-futures-rise-tech-rebound-before-nvidia-inflation-tests-2026-08-25/ • NVIDIA EARNINGS TOMORROW: Nvidia reports after the closing bell Wednesday, making this one of the biggest company-specific catalysts of the week. Investors are looking for confirmation that AI and data-center demand remain strong enough to support elevated valuations and the enormous amount of money being spent on AI infrastructure. NVDA is up approximately 1.3% premarket after seven consecutive declining sessions. A weak report or cautious guidance could affect the entire semiconductor and AI trade, while a strong report could help restore momentum. Source: https://www.reuters.com/business/us-stock-futures-rise-tech-rebound-before-nvidia-inflation-tests-2026-08-25/ • SEMICONDUCTORS BOUNCE AFTER MONDAY’S SELLOFF: Chip and storage stocks are showing significant early strength. Micron is up approximately 2.3%, Western Digital about 2.7%, and Sandisk roughly 3% premarket. This follows sharp losses Monday, making today an important test of whether buyers are truly returning or simply buying the dip ahead of Nvidia earnings. Source: https://www.reuters.com/business/us-stock-futures-rise-tech-rebound-before-nvidia-inflation-tests-2026-08-25/ • PCE INFLATION ARRIVES WEDNESDAY: The Federal Reserve’s preferred inflation gauge is due before Wednesday’s opening bell. Recent consumer inflation data helped reduce expectations for an immediate September rate hike, but markets are still pricing approximately one 25-basis-point increase by year-end.

📰 TFZ MORNING CATALYST REPORT | Tuesday, August 25, 2026
👀 TFZ WATCHLIST | Monday, August 24, 2026
🌎 MARKET CONTEXT U.S. futures are leaning bearish into Monday’s open after all three major indexes finished last week lower. Nasdaq-100 futures are down roughly 0.6%–0.7%, S&P 500 futures about 0.2%–0.3%, and Dow futures about 0.1%–0.3%. Technology, AI and memory stocks are taking most of the early pressure. The 10-year Treasury yield is around 4.70%–4.72%, while the 30-year remains near multi-year highs. Elevated long-term yields continue to be one of the biggest headwinds for high-multiple technology and AI stocks. WTI crude is around $85 and Brent around $91–$93. The biggest sector weakness is in semiconductors and memory. MU is down roughly 3.3%–3.5% premarket, SNDK roughly 4%–5%, AMD about 1.5%–2%, and SKHY roughly 3%. Samsung’s weakness and disappointment surrounding its shareholder-return plan are contributing to pressure across the group. The major company catalyst this week is NVDA earnings Wednesday after the close. Markets are also preparing for Wednesday’s PCE inflation data and the Jackson Hole symposium beginning Thursday. Today’s geopolitical catalyst is Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s expected announcement regarding additional U.S. sanctions on Iran. That could move oil, yields and defense/energy names later today. 📊 VIX GAME PLAN Current VIX: 15.91 🟢 Under 16 = Buyers In Control 🟡 16–18 = Caution 🔴 Above 18 = Sellers In Control VIX is sitting almost directly on our 16 confirmation line, up about 5% before the open. VIX < 16 + QQQ reclaim = calls gain confirmation. VIX > 16 + QQQ breakdown = puts gain confirmation. This morning, don’t anticipate which side wins. Let VIX tell us. 🟢 CALL WATCHLIST AAPL – ~$310.53 CALLS: Mega-Cap Relative Strength Reclaim: $311 Targets: $313 / $315 / $318 Catalyst: Relative strength while Nasdaq futures remain weak. Game Plan: AAPL is up roughly 0.4% premarket while much of technology is red. Favor calls only if $311 is reclaimed and QQQ begins stabilizing. NVDA – ~$214.31 CALLS: AI / Earnings Anticipation

📰 TFZ MORNING CATALYST REPORT | Monday, August 24, 2026
🌎 MAJOR MARKET CATALYSTS • FUTURES LEAN LOWER AHEAD OF A BIG WEEK: U.S. equity futures are starting Monday cautiously. Around 6:15 AM ET, S&P 500 futures were down roughly 0.2%, Nasdaq-100 futures about 0.6%–0.7%, while Dow futures were near flat. Technology is carrying most of the early pressure as investors prepare for Nvidia earnings, Iran sanctions and Jackson Hole. Source: Reuters — S&P, Nasdaq futures slip as markets await Iran sanctions, Nvidia results • IRAN SANCTIONS EXPECTED TODAY: Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is expected to announce a major new sanctions package against Iran this afternoon. The measures could target countries and companies doing business with Iran, particularly those involved in Iranian oil. Any retaliation involving the Strait of Hormuz could quickly affect crude oil, inflation expectations, Treasury yields and equities. Source: Reuters — Shares, oil dip as U.S. sanctions on Iran loom • OIL PULLS BACK AHEAD OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT: Brent crude is around $92–$93 per barrel and WTI near $85 as traders take profits following two strong weeks. The pullback does not eliminate the geopolitical catalyst. Iranian exports to China have already fallen substantially since the U.S. renewed restrictions, meaning tougher sanctions could tighten supply further. Source: Reuters — Oil falls ahead of U.S. announcement of new sanctions on Iran • U.S.–CANADA TRADE WAR ADDS ANOTHER RISK: Markets are also dealing with escalating trade tension between the United States and Canada after negotiations broke down. Canada has announced retaliatory tariffs after the U.S. imposed 50% tariffs on roughly $20 billion of Canadian imports. The dispute adds another inflation and growth variable to an already catalyst-heavy week. Source: Reuters — Morning Bid: Mixing economic wars, trade wars and actual wars • NVIDIA EARNINGS WEDNESDAY: Nvidia reports quarterly results August 26, making NVDA one of the biggest market catalysts this week. Analysts are looking for quarterly revenue around $92 billion. More important than the headline numbers will be guidance and evidence that AI infrastructure demand remains strong enough to justify massive industry spending.

Today’s lesson: Pullback to Support
In an uptrend, price doesn’t have to move straight up. 📈 Healthy moves often include pullbacks. The key is watching whether price returns to a support area, buyers step back in, and bullish confirmation appears before considering an entry. 🎯 Trend → Pullback → Support → Confirmation → Continuation Don’t chase the move. Let the setup come to you. We confirm, not guess. Educational purposes only. Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
