Some background first. AI is cool and building has been fun, but if I can't make money doing this then what is the point of spending all the hours on it. Hence, I found Rymac and joined this group. The thing is, I have been stuck for a while on what to actually sell. Like a lot of you I can build a bunch of stuff with AI at this point, and that turned out to be the problem, because "I can build a bunch of stuff" is not an offer and nobody knows what to do with it. So I started calling people. Old contacts, mostly real estate agents. The plan was that I would help them with AI. Train them up, show them how to get their marketing together, teach them to use the tools properly. Save them a bunch of time and help them make more money. That is not what happened. They don't care. Not skeptical, just not interested. Most of them think AI makes slop, because bad output is the only output they have ever seen. They have no idea what it can actually do, and nobody has ever sat down and shown them. Hell, half of them have access to tools for free and they don't use them. And if you try to explain it, you lose them. About two sentences in and you are talking to a deer in headlights. So I stopped explaining. I am moving toward doing it for them instead, as a done for you service. Everything else in this series came out of that turn.
