Good morning! 🔥
You are allowed to decide that something no longer belongs in the life you're creating. Even if you once chose it. Even if you've done it for years. Even if other people have gotten comfortable with you doing it. Growth will sometimes require you to look at what you've been carrying and say: "This doesn't fit me anymore." That's not quitting. That's awareness. Because becoming unapologetically you isn't only about adding more to your life. Sometimes it's about finally releasing what you've been carrying out of habit, guilt, fear, or expectation. So ask yourself today: "Does this belong to the person I'm becoming, or only to the person I've been?" You don't have to make every change today. But you can stop pretending you haven't outgrown something you already know you've outgrown. Choose what comes with you into your next chapter. Everything doesn't get to come. 🔥

I choose peace. If something doesn't bring peace to my life, I don't want it. It can stay in the last chapter as I grow and create new chapters.
Good morning! 🔥
Sometimes becoming more self-aware can feel uncomfortable. Because once you see something about yourself... You can't unsee it. You notice the pattern. The excuse. The way you shrink yourself. The thing you keep tolerating. The behavior that doesn't match the person you say you're becoming. But awareness isn't there to make you feel bad about yourself. It's there to give you a choice. You can't intentionally change what you refuse to recognize. So when something about yourself becomes clear today, don't immediately judge it. Get curious about it. Ask: "Is this still who I want to be?" If the answer is no, you don't have to hate the version of you who learned that behavior. You simply get to choose what happens next. Awareness shows you the pattern. Your next choice begins creating the person you're becoming. Be unapologetic about choosing differently. 🔥

I'm learning to embrace self-awareness. If I ignore it, that means I'm not doing anything about it, even though my goal is to be more intentional and unapologetic about the person I want to be. The person I want to be became lost between parenting and marriage. I'm slowly finding myself, but realizing I'm different now. Not completely changed. Just more mature, self-aware, and still have a lot to work on.
Good morning! 🔥
Here's something worth asking yourself today: How much of the life you're living was intentionally chosen by you? Not inherited. Not expected. Not something you fell into. Chosen. Because sometimes we wake up and realize we've been living according to routines, beliefs, and expectations we never consciously decided we wanted. Being unapologetically you doesn't mean refusing to change. It means becoming self-aware enough to decide what stays and what doesn't. What still feels like you? What have you outgrown? What are you ready to choose differently? You don't have to have every answer today. Start by questioning what you've been accepting automatically. Then give yourself permission to choose again. Your past patterns may explain how you got here. They don't get to decide who you become next. Be intentional about the person you're creating. 🔥

I would give it a good 10-15%. The life I'm living was not intentionally chosen by me. None of it feels like me. I've outgrown a lot of old negative patterns and everyday I'm learning more and more how to be intentional with my reactions and the decisions I make.
Good morning!
Who are you when you stop trying to become who everyone else expects you to be? That's a question worth sitting with. Because sometimes we spend so much time adjusting ourselves to fit our circumstances, relationships, responsibilities, and other people's expectations that we lose sight of who we actually want to be. Today, come back to you. What do you want? How do you want to show up? What are you no longer willing to shrink, hide, or apologize for? You don't have to become someone completely different. You get to intentionally choose which parts of yourself you're ready to stop holding back. And every time your actions match that decision, you become a little more of who you've decided to be. Be intentional. Be authentic. Be unapologetically you.

When I became a mom, over time, that became my new identity. I stopped doing things that used to give me peace. For example, I used to be an avid reader. We didn't grow up with the technology that the kids have today so books were my go-to entertainment. My love for reading followed me into adulthood, but stopped in my mid to late 20's because I could no longer find the time. When I would try to find the time I felt guilty thinking about other things I could have been doing in that moment. I don't have to spend hours reading like I used to, but I can be an unapologetic reader for 20-30 min out of the day.
