Hi everyone, does anyone have a bank they love for their STR business? We currently use bluevine for our one STR because they give you interest ever month on the money sitting in the account, kind of like a HYSA. We are increasing to 2 STR this month and I was curious if anyone had a bank they like more for multiple properties?

Hello. My husband Ed and I are new to the community but have been involved with STR’s for 3 1/2 years. We purchased our 1st property after attending conferences and listening to hundreds of hours of learning. We wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without communities like this. We currently own one of our own properties, manage 3 properties fully, and do revenue management/calendar and listing optimization for 5 properties. I am also a REALTOR in Michigan who specializes in helping investors find profitable STR’’s that meet their goals. Ed and I have been essentially underwriting 100’s of properties a month to narrow options down for investors. Only a few truly pencil out. I’m happy to now unload a lot of that process by using STRIQ. We are currently in the process of creating a curated group of properties that we manage and market. Our goal is trusted properties that meet rigorous standards. I’m eager to connect with other managers and co-hosts to learn from each other.

Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC.
