I want to know about the person behind the professional experience: • What are you naturally good at? • What do you genuinely enjoy doing? • What are you passionate about? • What do people regularly ask you to help them with? • What hobbies, gifts or talents do you have? • Have you ever started a business or considered starting one? • Is there an idea you tried before that never took off, or one that actually did? Outside of a traditional job, who are you and what value do you naturally bring to others? It is completely okay if you do not know yet.
