A simple AI habit I’m starting to use more often:
When I see a claim online that makes me think, “Wait…is that actually true?” I don’t automatically believe it, and I don’t automatically dismiss it. I take a screenshot and ask AI to help me fact-check it. Then I look at the sources before deciding what I believe. AI doesn’t have to tell us what to think. It can help us investigate before we believe or share. Simple habit. Very useful skill. 🤖🔍

@Apollo Storm misinformation about Disney losing 3 billion dollars because of sold timeshares and ticket holders! The truth was they took losses in their stocks
Sometimes the Problem Is Smaller Than You Think
Today I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why something wasn’t working. I checked settings. I retraced my steps. I wondered if there was a bigger technical problem. Then I finally found it. One small typo. That was it. It was a good reminder that when we’re working with AI and technology, it’s easy to assume a problem must have a complicated solution. Sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it’s one letter, one setting, or one small detail hiding in plain sight. The lesson I took from today: before looking for a complicated solution, check the simple things first. And when something doesn’t work the first time, don’t be afraid to go back, look again, make the correction, and keep moving forward. That’s part of learning. Progress isn’t about getting everything right the first time. It’s about continuing when you don’t. Small daily actions create massive results.

Protect What You're Building
Not everyone needs to know every step of your rebuild while it's happening. That's not secrecy......... that's protecting your progress until it can hold weight on its own. Who in your life builds you UP, and who quietly pulls you back??

When I was building my first product people on this community tried to ask me what I was working on! I politely declined and explained I didn’t want to violate community rules!
AI Has Become Part of My Health Journey
One of the most valuable ways I’ve been using AI has nothing to do with business or making money. It’s helping me take better care of myself. AI has helped me build an exercise routine that works for me, make healthier food choices, adjust when something isn’t working, and stay focused on my goals. What I really appreciate is the ability to have an ongoing conversation. Instead of following a generic plan, I can say, “This exercise bothers me,” or “Here’s what I ate today,” and we can adjust from there. AI doesn’t do the work for me. I still have to exercise, make the food choices, and stay consistent. But having AI there as a guide, sounding board, and accountability partner has made a real difference. For me, this is another example of what AI is really about: using it to improve everyday life, one decision at a time.

You're Allowed to Be Proud of Quiet Progress
Nobody's clapping for you finishing the small thing today. There's no highlight reel for showing UP on an ordinary Thursday. Be proud of it anyway. Quiet progress is still progress.

Absolutely. Not all progress needs an audience or applause. Sometimes the progress you make quietly is the progress that changes you the most.
