$55K/month back. Churn halved. Backend sales doubled. Here's How We Did It.
One of our clients gets over $55,000 a month back. Every month. Churn halved. Backend sales doubled. MovesMethod is an 8-figure coaching company. Their quality control ran on people. Team leaders reviewed coaching calls one by one, by hand. It ate hours and it did not scale. What we built: - An AI Quality Check system that reviews every coaching call. It writes up the call. It scores it against a rubric built for that call type. Each coach gets a report every two weeks. - A second system writes the renewal brief for each client near the end. That took a human 30 minutes each time. Ben McLellan is their Client Success Director. He said all of this on camera: - $15,000 a month saved in labor - About 40 hours a week of review time back - 75 hours a month back on renewal briefs - Churn was about 5% at the start of the year. In August it was 2% - Ben puts that drop at $40,000 to $60,000 a month - Their renewal revenue doubled. He calls that offer a whole business by itself Over $55,000 a month, back in the business. And it keeps growing. The rules I would give anyone building or interested in this. Some come from other builds we have run: - If it does not work by hand, AI will not fix it. Whatever process you want to automate needs to work with a human team first. - Care about your clients' numbers like they are yours. Most agencies don't. Stick to what you promise and you are ahead of most. - Build from what you already know, and have some level of expertise in. This system grew out of one I built in the coaching company I've used to own before I exited it to go all in my current AI agency. You can watch the full interview I did wit Ben here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDMhWdAxAtY Happy to respond to any question this community might have. Ruben P.S. It all started by joining the AAA with @Liam Ottley about a year ago 💪

@Atharva Ekbote I'd say not only is important but it's mandatory otherwise would be a waste of time for both builder and client.

@Chetan Mishra thanks I appreciate it. I'm always amazed when people try to delegate to AI processes that don't work manually yet.
[HIRING] AI-Native Developer — $2,500–3,000/mo, full-time, remote
WE'RE HIRING. Our first AI developer. Ever. At Beavermind we build AI systems for 7 and 8-figure coaching and consulting businesses. Voice agents on live phone lines. Platforms their teams use every single day. Until today that was two people. Me on operations, our Head of AI Solutions on architecture. Traction is good. Clients are fantastic. Four hands are not enough anymore. So we're opening one seat: → AI-Native Developer → Fully remote — 4h overlap with 9–17 CET → Full-time, $2,500–3,000/month → Internal systems + real client work, from week one → Paid trial on real work. Decision in 48 hours. Who it's for: ↳You can build AI systems. ↳You just don't want to run a whole agency. ↳We do the marketing, the sales, the clients. ↳You join the build team. That's the deal. We want someone obsessed with automation: if it can be automated, you've already tried. Someone who takes initiative and reports before anyone asks. Not someone waiting for instructions. Employee #1. Not seat 47. Application link with all the details: https://ops.beavermind.ai/hiring-ai-dev PS: Not a dev but know the right one? Send them this post or tag them below — if we hire someone you refer, we send you $500. They just have to name you in the application.

@Samin Samad might be a bonus but not a constraint for the business right now. We expect the candidates to be competent on a variety of automation.
I Spent $457 on an AI Voice Agent and Got $6,800 Back In 15 Days
Here are the actual numbers. 15-day test. Existing buyer list in my own high-ticket coaching business. Proven script. Human closers on the backend. Activity: – 2,825 unique leads – 11,000+ total dials – ~4 call attempts per lead – 542 real conversations Results: – 22 appointments booked directly by AI – Additional leads tagged as “interested” for human warm follow-up – 2 deals closed • $4,800 • $2,000 Spend: $457 total Cost per dial: ~$0.04 Cost per booked appointment: ~$20 Revenue: $6,800 ROI: ~15x For context, our human setters at the time were landing anywhere between $60–$200 per booked call depending on month and structure. Important lessons I've learned: • Don’t start with AI. Start with a script that already converts. • Qualification logic must be clean (we used BANT). • You need real backend sales capacity. • Follow-up sequencing matters more than fancy prompts. Most people are underestimating how much room there is in appointment setting alone. Excited for the future 🔥
