How do you structure your content creation process?
Hi girls 🤍 I’ve seen that quite a few of you are currently creating content or building your personal brands, and I wanted to ask about your content strategy. I usually dedicate part of my weekend to planning and preparing content — researching topics, looking for inspo, brainstorming ideas and deciding what to film. I’d love to know how you structure this process and what has helped you make it more efficient, spend less time coming up with ideas, and create more valuable content consistently. Is there any small things that made a big difference at the beginning , for example, interacting regularly with new followers, replying to people ... to build a stronger connection with your audience? Also would love to hear from @Leyla Karimova and @Sarah Lee , since you both grew a big community and followers🤍

Hi Marina, I'm only starting to build my brand so take my insight with a grain of salt. What I will say is that I'm at a point where I make content as ideas surface. I plan to take old posts that didn't perform well but had a great message and repackage them till I find a winning format/message structure - this is especially helpful when I don't have an idea. It is also why I have a running list of nice but not urgent ideas on a page in Notion ready for development when I don't have a great idea to film. I find that ideas come easily when I'm writing or educating myself in my field and then batch film + edit the ideas as soon as I can. Since I'm an actress, it's been easy to come up with series ideas too (e.g. scenes from a specific book/film; scene breakdowns, etc.). I hope this helps 🦢💕

My name is Ruzeth and I’m from South Africa. After graduating early end of 2026, I decided to take this year and build my acting, voice, & writing skills. I’ve taken several short courses this year in acting, screenwriting, modeling, fiction writing, and mindset/psychology. I also just signed up for a pop music songwriting course so that I can understand what makes pop music tick (i.e. lyrics and melodies) and write hit music. Before the end of the year, I aim to finish my first screenplay and sign with an acting agent in South Africa & the US. From thereon, my main goal for 2027 will be producing my first low budget feature film so that I can enter the film industry rooms with acting & writing/producing experience and credibility instead of waiting around for an opportunity. I’ve always been very sensitive to people’s emotions/energy so my intuition, combined with my natural interest in psychology, human behavior, languages, and storytelling has honed my ability to write deep, interesting characters and narrative conflicts. Additionally I have always invested time into understanding how and why I think or feel the way I do, so I find that I’m often able to help people around me in asking the right questions that would help them solve for the root problems as opposed to mere symptoms. Finally, I have a solid understanding of good branding and marketing. During my senior year of college, I created a brand manual, marketing plan, and social media content for an early stage film studio. If you’re working in these fields, I’d be more than happy to connect and help in whatever way I can. I’m currently looking for screenwriter friends with which to exchange scripts for reading and feedback. I also want to build relationships with casting directors, acting agents, and film producers so that I know how to better position myself in the film industry (both in South Africa & the USA). That said, I’m open to connecting with people in other industries too because I enjoy learning about different business models and crafts, and I believe that the knowledge we exchange cross-disciplines are just as life-changing as that exchanged amongst peers in the same industry.

Introduction 💛
Hi everyone! My name is Amani. I’m 27 years old, Spanish-Algerian, and currently living in Dubai. I work as a flight attendant, and I joined TFW ELITE to polish myself, improve my networking skills, and connect with inspiring people. At the moment, I’m looking for a new opportunity in Dubai with a more stable schedule and weekends off. I’m very organized, detail-oriented, and I enjoy helping people feel their best. I also studied Nutrition and Dietetics in college, and I’m passionate about skincare that actually works. So if you ever need skincare advice or recommendations, I’m your girl — don’t hesitate to ask! Looking forward to meeting and learning from all of you.

@Amani Hadjeb wow this is so interesting. I'm sure the right opportunity will turn up soon enough...what would you be interested in doing next?

What a cool background @Amani Hadjeb - I presume you speak Spanish?
Hi girls ❤️
I’m Tamara. Born and raised in Spain, but at 20 I made the decision to pack my bags and move to the UK on my own. No safety net just the conviction that there was more for me out there. I’m a mum, a content creator, and I work in marketing in the education industry. I also run my own community of women, because I genuinely believe that growing in community is not optional… it’s everything. I love dancing, swing, yoga, and any conversation that goes deeper than the surface. I’m also a very curious person, so even though I work in what I know, I’m always open to learning something new. I found Leyla’s message and her mission and values resonated with me deeply. The way she approaches femininity and growth is something I want to learn more about and I’m really excited to be on this journey with her. I’m here because I want to become the best version of myself, surrounded by women who think the same way. Women who are building, growing, and not willing to settle. Is there anyone else here who took a leap without a safety net? I’d love to connect 🤍✨

His @Tamara Meha 👋🏻 Wow, your story is amazing. I'm curious, what attracted you to London when you took your leap of faith? What kind of dancing do you do?
Hello, I am Merey 🐆
Hey everyone! 🤍 I'm Merey, I'm originally from Kazakhstan, currently based in Sydney doing my Master's in AI/ML. Right now I'm building toward a Product Management role in tech/AI, bridging the technical and strategy sides of things, and that's honestly where I feel most alive. I have some concrete goals of mine and I'd say this is my winter arc (but in Australia we passed winter 2 weeks ago, hehe): land a PM offer, or at least a strong pipeline of interviews, by growing a real LinkedIn presence and starting my visibility on social media. Yesterday I took the Gallup CliftonStrengths test and my #1 strength came back as Ideation which is basically connecting dots between things that don't obviously belong together. People have told me this my whole life without me having a name for it, so it was a fun "oh THAT'S what that is" moment. It ties into why I'm so drawn to the human side of building a career right now too as charisma, networking, the art of conversation, social capital, etiquette, not in a performative way, more like understanding how people actually build trust and connection with each other. I'm really happy to connect with all of you guys, and I'd love to ask you for some social media (especially TikTok and Instagram) growth tips and strategies, perhaps some videos or resources. I'd really appreciate that. Thank you all🫶🏻🛥️🤍!

Hi Merey, it's so nice to meet you. How do you like Australia? ☀️ Do you know Hannah Zhang? Your post immediately reminded me of her because she has built her brand around finding your niche online while working in product marketing at a Series B start-up...I think you'll find a lot of value from her LinkedIn and Instagram content. Another great LinkedIn growth expert is Lara Acosta. Have a look at them and let me know if this helps. 🫶🏻 https://www.linkedin.com/in/hannahzhang0/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/laraacostar/
