Community VS Audience, WTF is the diff?
Heard a great way to seperate the 2 on My First Million recently they said... They said if you held an event which way would the chairs face? Audience towards the front. Community towards each other. LOVE this. How do you define it?

@Keith Gebhart ooooohhhh I liked that.
Mark Manson didn’t sit down and invent one of the biggest book titles of the decade.
He noticed things... Mark Manson wrote thousands of blogs. Most didn’t become The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. That idea travelled around the world. But the title didn’t arrive during some heroic brainstorming session. He remembered a song title. He liked the phrase. So he wrote it down. Later... It became the seed of the book title. That sounds almost too simple. Which is exactly why it matters. Great comedians do the same thing. Jerry Seinfeld notices the stupid little sentence everyone says when a phone call drops. “I don’t know what happened.” Obviously you don’t. None of us know how the bloody phone works. That tiny observation becomes material. 𝘞𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦. 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦. 𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦. 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰. The hesitation before somebody answers. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. The complaint they laugh off. The sentence three customers say independently. Most people hear it. Then move on. The killer operator thinks: “𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯. 𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨?” And writes it down. That is where offers come from. Hooks come from there. Sales angles come from there. Content comes from there. The mad part? Almost nobody deliberately practises it. Which means the competitive field is tiny. Everybody wants better ideas. Very few people are willing to become better observers. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. The opportunity is already on the page. You don’t add anything. You train your eyes until you can see what everybody else keeps missing. > The best do this with language. > The best do it with behaviour. > The best do it with problems. > The best do it with moments. Then use the Mark Manson story as the proof. That phrase already existed. He was simply awake enough to catch it.

@Marcus Karl it’s a great way to connect with people isn’t it. You do a good job of this, talking to me about surfing then expanding on that.
Excited to be here!
Hey what’s up guys. Excited to be in this community and creating the “I own the distribution” money (as far as I can tell, nothing else comes close) I have a few communities and assets that I own/control. I didn’t build any of them. I either bought them or got control from a “tired digital landlord”. I have a Facebook group of ≈11k local businesses A Facebook group of 32k small businesses in Florida (even though I don’t live there lol. humidity is my hell) An email list of 13k small business owners interested in marketing and growth And a Facebook group of 223k Dog owners. I’ve monetized them with different deals that I’ve negotiated (better pricing, bonuses, financing) like marketing services, software, funding, dog insurance, veterinary care, etc. Really excited to dive into the auction stuff and get connected with the folks here.

Thinking About Selling My Ranked Skool Community, Would Anyone Be Interested?
I’m currently exploring the possibility of selling my Skool community and wanted to see if there may be any serious interest. The community is currently ranked #19 in the Money category, as shown in the screenshots, and it already has a substantial amount of content built inside. The Classroom includes 17 different courses and training resources covering areas such as faceless content creation, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, AI tools and resources, copywriting for profit, growing and monetizing Skool communities, Instagram monetization, digital marketing, and much more. This could be a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into an already-built community instead of starting from zero and spending months creating the content themselves. I haven’t made a final decision on selling yet, but I’m seriously considering it and would love to hear what others think. Is this something you would consider buying, or do you know someone who might be interested?

I partner with internet biz owners, usually parents and breadwinners. To help them have WAY more fun in the biz. Creating a buying frenzy.
