Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide vs Semaglutide. Which one actually wins?
I got a story for you. Picture a guy running a company. Forty-five, long days, sitting around 240 pounds and sick of it. He starts semaglutide because everybody is talking about it, and the food noise drops. The weight starts coming off, then the scale stalls, so he moves to tirzepatide, which adds GIP on top of GLP-1. It works better, but he's too busy to lift and barely eating protein, so some of what he's losing is muscle and he starts looking soft instead of lean. Then a buddy tells him about retatrutide. It adds a third receptor, glucagon, which tells your body to burn more energy. He wants the strongest one, so he ramps up too fast and ends up nauseous with a racing heart and weird skin sensitivity. The mistake is picking the drug before figuring out what's actually holding you back. In the Classroom under PROTOCOLS, Doses & Cycles, Protocol 03: Fat Loss, I break down how to tell if you have an appetite problem or an expenditure problem, why you titrate slowly, and why you don't pile a GLP-1 on top of a suppressant and a thermogenic. Lift and keep your protein high no matter which one you pick. So who here has been this guy? Which one did you run, how long were you on it, what results did you see, and what side effects hit you? I want to hear the real experiences.

Reta is wonderful. I never took more than 3mg. Lost 70 pounds in 187 days. Now intake 1mg some weeks for maintenance. Make sure to hit the gym 5 times a week. People want glp’s to do all the work. Got to work out.

How much water you drink a day? That was a huge thing for me
RAD-140 Protocol
I just put together a RAD-140 protocol for the community. It covers the basics of how it's run, what to expect, the support supplements, and what bloodwork to keep an eye on. Full protocol here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MUbGmH-LNfTIVfXZzlYQjCwDhof_D5HhWds5_6h7LK4/edit?tab=t.0 Have you run RAD-140 before? What was your experience with it?

@Tony Huge i have heard you talk about taking rad with osterine. I also thought about yk11 which you talk about here. What are your thoughts? Also should I take enclo everyday?
Anyone ever ran a 4-6 month cycle of hgh?
I been thinking about running this? Has anyone ran it? Did you do blood work? What did you see?

@Tony Huge what kind of stuff are you referring to as it gets interesting results or the way it messes with your blood work?
SR-9011.
Anyone ever used this? I just stopped a sarms run and wanted to go back on Reta and do SR-9011 to cut about 15 pounds. Thoughts?

I just came off 60 days of cardarine, yk11 and lgd 4033. Which I did fine on. Just giving my body a brake from that.

I been taking Enclomiphene and my levels are pretty good.
Let's compare experiences.
For those running TRT, peptides, SARMs, or other enhancement protocols... What's the most annoying side effect you've had to solve? Sleep issues? Restless legs? Blood pressure fluctuations? Libido? Recovery? Something completely different? Comment below. Chances are someone else here has dealt with it too. I just uploaded a long-form discussion where we break down the science behind these issues and share the experiments we're running to improve them. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wP3S13A821k Come back afterward and let us know what insight changed your perspective the most.

I take it at night right before I go to bed. I’ve just noticed after being on it for like six weeks that it made me really tired so I took a break for a week.

@Tony Huge yes it seemed to help a lot. Also I was taking 20mg. You said on the call you take 10mg. So if I get tired I might go down.
